I have longtube intakes, ebay test pipes and exhaust NO tune and beat admin tune 370z that is making 320+.. cant wait to get tuned

That’s actually pretty good considering V8 nowadays are around that ball park.
You should be proud of those numbers. I have a 2017 Nismo 7AT that made consistently 318-320 whp after every pull and 257 tq. Not a lot, but the power was perfect through out the entire band so I was happy.
I have Z1 Intakes, Motordyne Art Pipes, and Motordyne Catback.
I guess you have to be realistic when it comes to power on these cars as far as N/A goes. It's kind of hard to brag about having 320 whp these days; since everyone is hung up on numbers rather than balance. But for now, I must master 320.

Andy Wu it’s bad for the o2 sensors but Admintuning is aggressive enough to hurt it. Also depends how often you do it and how long you do it. Really not that bad for the car just don’t abuse it
IssaSlowZ i have a nismo 370 with stillen at the shop ready to be tuned, so i was nervous about the flame map, should i do it? I barely even race the car, i dont even do 2 step.

Something to learn from tuning: A straight-piped exhaust + long tube headers is probably the best setup for exhaust. Backpressure is bad! Scavenging is good! Cats, resonators and mufflers are going to cause backpressure.

Oh and if you are ever in So Cal I'd love to race you with my 2010 40th. Mods are Z1 intakes, bbtb, Z1 upper/lower manifold, Z1 headers, ART pipes, Tomei exhaust, Uprev tuned, clutch/flywheel, shorter FD, weight reduction, driver mod.

That new header design is not a noticeable difference. I've seen people with 09-13 model Z's with stock headers beat 14-19 Z's. Same mods...just better drivers. It's not like comparing 350z HR headers to DE headers...those were a night and day difference.

Do miles matter to depen how mich the hp going to increase when u tune your car? Ma car has 177
Young Maya we had a hr with 180k miles get 22whp bone stock so just depends how healthy the motor is and if you take care of it

@@issaslowz could be, but a good running car is already close to its peak potential. Nissan didn't cripple these motors very much, that's why most people only pickup 10-12whp after tune which is quite low considering its a 300+hp NA motor.

George ruiz the 09-13 make less power due to the headers being smaller but can be fixed with longtube headers or upgraded shorty headers
309whp base run is crazy. My 2014 Z was at 278whp base when dyno'd... which is more in line with factory spec. The mods I've done after tune got her to 310whp before running out of timing. You def got a factory freak bro.

did u have it tested at the same dyno? Every dyno is calibrated a little different, so unless you had it tested same day (or at least similar conditions) , you can't 100% compare the numbers. I had Moncef e-tune my 2018 nismo , but never had it dynoed so no idea how much whp i am making ..

The power is nice but the oil consumption is quite significant, you can see a lot of blue smoke when the car is going down from the rpm’s ...

Got a 2015 AUTOMATIC g37 and a manual nismo 350z thats modded with suspension and intake with headers and full exhaust. My G37 kills in acceleration and high speed and is way more comfortable.

my g37 coupe with 2 mods made 315whp on 95 octane then on final dyno run 330.39whp on 95 octane again which is insane

IssaSlowZ isnt flame map bad? I have a stillen sc 370z nismo at the shop of houston, and they keep telling me not to put flame map, any advice?
@@andywu8558 Admin's flame map is fine, popcorn tunes usually shit on your valvles, seals,e etc. over time... I got friends in San Antonio that run Admin's flame tune and it's fkn badass, they have no issues for about a year so far. It depends on who tunes your car
I have a 2019 6MT sport coupe Z with a Stillen G3 intake and a Fast Intentions TDX CBE. After a dyno tune on a Dynojet chassis dyno we got 321 peak rwhp at 7200 rpm with a consistent 14% increase in torque over the whole rev range. I told the tuner that I didn't want to push the engine into the danger zone by lowering the knock sensitivity to just gain a few more peak hp numbers.
Very cool man congrats on the tune, nice numbers. That's my next thing on my G37 Sedan get the Admin Tuning. Just finished my DC Sports Headers install like 2 weeks ago, already have cold air intakes, Berk test pipes, Manzo Y-pioe and axle back. Dying to see what type of numbers I'll be pulling. Good video once again.

That's sick numbers stock. My 13 G made only 280 stock but after mods and Moncef I'm at 333whp not and it rips
Those were some very smart modifications. Removed all the stock restrictions and made almost the same power as full bolt ons. Bigger is not necessarily better.

IssaSlowZ ah no wonder lol, your z did well for what it made. I noticed the newer Z’s are much stronger than the older 09-2012 ones, my 2016 z has a lot of low end torque and it gets the jump on cars with 400whp+, but then they pull on me obviously on the top end.

I currently have test pipes on my 17 370z as my only mod. I'm thinking getting a catback + tune. Or is it better to get headers instead of catback for power gains?
some say 2015+ have revised headers with a much better collector and that swapping for shorteys won't make any difference, so maybe longtube will do some. But when you'll open up the flow in the front, you need to do the back as well. So test pipes and catback i would say

@@VeX_89 I drive both an automatic 2008 g35 and a manual 2006, and my automatic is faster. Maybe it's his preference, or maybe all he could afford. Either way still sick he is making that much power!!
