How To Make Arduino Human Following Robot

  • I built an awesome robot using Arduino Uno and a motor shield. It uses two sensors, IR and ultrasonic sensor. The IR sensor helps the robot detect if there's a person nearby by sending out invisible light and seeing if it bounces back. When it detects a person, it tells the Arduino uno. Then, the ultrasonic sensor measures how far the person is from the robot. Based on this information, the Arduino controls the motors connected to the wheels, making the robot move towards the person. This way, the robot can follow the person wherever they go. Although it's a prototype, this project showcases the potential of combining sensors and Arduino to create an interactive robot that can track and follow people.

    I am having a problem after uploading code my servo turned and my motor is going in full speed and in my 1 ir sensor both lights are glowing and in other 1 is only glowing and when i keep my hands near the sensor nothing happens what to do and 1 more thing my battry's are ok i think its 9v 1500 mah battry ? pls help

    When i lift my car all the motor works properly according to sensor but when i put the car down it's only go forward with full speed but the motor speed decrease when i put hand on left or right ir sensor the motor speed decrease and its does not move and when i lift it up its start moving

    bhai also when i connect the vin to one one of the pwr pin the motor shield is not being properly mount on the arduino as the jumper wire's height is more than the motor shield pin so half of the shield does not get power then pins are lying outside only

      No changing code won't work here . You would have to change the sensor that detects color.

      It might be the battery problem. Try changing it with new ones

      Do the following:-
      1. Check each motor if they are working or not. (By directly connecting them with cell)
      2. Tighten all the connections specially the jumpers connected to the IR sensor
      3. When you put the batteries make sure you connect +ve terminal of the battery to the +ve side of battery holder.

      Battery isn't enough to drive all the motors. You can try connecting one more 9v battery in series

      With Arduino nano you would have to use L298N motor driver. Motor shield won't fix on it

      You need install 'Adafruit Motor Shield library' , 'servo motor library' and 'ultrasonic library' go to tools >manage libraries>

      I bought it from amazon and pins were soldered on it. But if you are buying it offline look for soldered one otherwise you have to solder it by yourself

      ​Bhai robot ke sensors me power aa rha h par chal nhi rha h and also when I bring my hand close to the ultrasonic sensor it makes sound but the wheels doesn't move and this happens only when I connect my arduino to my laptop only the sensor are getting powered and there is no sound when there is only battery​@@prateekverma22
      Also I see the wheels tend to move but don't move and I use the battery you had given in the description below
