sameee I’ve gained like 10 pounds the past year which took me by major surprise considering I’ve maintained the same weight most of my young adult life. Really don’t know if it’s the pandemic or If I’ve gotten lazier with working out/eating healthy 🤔
Try focusing on the "feeling good and strong" momentum! Because a number on the scale doesn't really say a lot. It is much more important to feel strong (from working out for example) and feel fit (for example that you could go on a run without giving in after 1 min haha). Thats always what I look at, not the weight I lose or not. Btw, I got that mindset from Natacha Oceane - RUclipsr and she has the besssst aproach to fitness and feeling good in her body.

im currently changing my wardrobe and buying new clothes and i fit in actually 3 different (of denim pants) sizes which is really confusing, so remember that sizes aren’t always the same, they don’t define you💕

Ava! I love the way you talk about your body in relation to clothing. I'm 90lbs currently and gained 7 lbs over the past six months and even though I know I want to gain weight and am happy to have gained it, I've noticed I'm not the kindest to myself when clothing doesn't fit me anymore which makes absolutely no sense. Thank you for being such a good role model, you're helping me accept this change :)

I agree with Ava that's it's important to give your body grace when it comes to weight fluctuations, but sometimes with bottoms, it's also important to look at material information. For example, black jeans usually need to be bought in a larger size than blue because of their processing

So to anyone who has bags shoved in your closet, here's a little tip (if you want it of course) on how to 1. Free up that room and 2. Make it look awesome.....
Ready?....
Use thumb tacks on your wall. Make it a line, then use the straps to hang them on the tacks. Do largest to smallest and also try to match colors close together. You can also so this with hats. Also most bags will work as I have a very thick strapped bag on my wall hanging from a thumb tack. Hope that helps!🎒👜👝

When she talked about sizing not always being the same, she is correct! I have three pairs of size 2 and two pairs of size 6 but they're all the same style and brand and fit perfect on me.....sizing isn't always right!
