set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes and pickup/clean!! it’s AMAZING how much can get done in that time :)

You can never go wrong with sandwiches and paninis for lunch they are my go to!! Just toasted bread some sort of protein (turkey, chicken.. literally anything) cheese!!! And literally any other toppings spinach tomato’s I always get so many ideas of pinterest for flavor combos!
Honestly you are my goal for my life you make me feel empowered and unstoppable in this world . I recently just got my first big girl job and it’s honestly overwhelming to the point where I cry because it’s so much so fast but when I watch your videos all your experiences of firsts makes me feel like I can relate to someone with going through all the new things in life. Thank you for making the content you do it really helps and inspires so many. I just feel like being 21 I feel like life is getting away from me but you remind me to enjoy the little things like grocery shopping or making the bed and just take yourself back and relax.

for lunch, i love a brekkie bowl!!! it’s originally jenn im’s recipe. you add rice, fried eggs, and broccoli with soy sauce and sriracha if u like the kick 😏! You can mix and match with the veggies but let me tell u! ITS BOMB
Lunch idea!!! This is super simple but I’ve discovered it recently and I love to quickly make it in the morning to take to work with me: a salad of just 4 things: spinach, chicken salad, cherry tomatoes, and some ranch dressing to finish it off. It is just🤌🏻🤌🏻 and has so few ingredients. Costco brand chicken salad is the moveeeee

pastas are always a lunch go to for me! easy to make and pack if going somewhere, my favorites are either pesto, pasta salads, or pasta w fresh mozzarella and tomato (sun dried or just roasted in a pan)! sandwiches w fancy bread are also always nice too

For future reference, matcha doesn't really expire! It's just powdered tea leaves so it could lose benefits and taste less strong after a few years, but it doesn't expire if properly stored (in a clean, dry, dark place)🥰 it's a good thing to know cause matcha can be pretty expensive! Also, can't wait to see the furniture! So exciting!

I just started living alone too! Best tip keep a notion page with every good recipe you’ve ever eaten then you can organize by groceries! I also love rice bowls for lunch with seaweed you can add any protein and a whole bunch of veggies! Super easy and a great way to clean out the fridge

your moving vlogs are the only thing getting me through life lately, i absolutely love them !!
For lunches, I always make onigiri!! Since I'm always on the go, I usually eat mine in the office. I make all of them on the Sunday before the week: cook sticky rice, mix in some rice vinegar when it's done, put the filling in and make them! I always pack my lunch with a strip of nori seaweed as well. Some fillings I use are pickled plum (umeboshi), seaweed (wakame), smoked salmon/lox, and avocado!

What I’ve been having for lunch lately is a wrap with romaine lettuce, baked cauliflower that i toss in some franks red hot sauce (just a little bit I don’t like a ton of spice), little cherry tomatoes, and onion. Today I actually tried it with some ground Turkey meat and it wasn’t bad with the meat. For the baked cauliflower I put it in for 15min on 350degrees. It’s not crispy but if u want it more crispy you can keep it in longer than 15 min. It’s just a simple lunch for me then I’ll have like a smoothie with that too
