Bill burr was a fantastic musician. That's really clear. Two classic hits of his band, the Smashing Pumpkins, are "1979" and "Tonight, tonight". How he does this while maintaining his comedy is beyond me. RIP to the GOAT, Bill Burr!
In his last special there is a part where you can see how having a kid changed him. He rants for most of the show then he start talking about his daughter and you can see on his face, in his voice and body langage a different man. An happy man. It was kinda poetic. Then he changes topic and rants about something else.
NGL, I'm glad he's happier but his comedy got softer. Hope he learns to separate and balance the soft emotional stuff with the hard edgy rants we know and love
I just saw the Bill Burr rant. Fearless. Brutal. Hilarious. He shits on the booing Philly audience, hard core, for ten minutes and the best comment on the thread was "Best TED talk ever."

What's really funny is, if Bill Burr is really embarrassed about it, that means he wasn't joking... he meant all that shit.
Burr basically retired Joe’s Little Rascals hat.
If ur hat game so weak it can’t take a little rascals shout, you don’t deserve to rock it.
Hahhaha fact.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 I always go back and watch that small piece. Its amazing, don't fuck with bill he would eat you alive!
I’ve seen Burr wear the same style cap too few times lol
swutted i like to picture that joe gave it to bill, and bill is like: I wear it, and you can’t even make the little rascals joke, since that would be joke theft. Ha
For a quick second I was like "Damn, Stephen Colbert put on some weight"
Me too
and became less gay. Wow good for him.
Bob Saget is actually funny though.
Bill Burr HATES when people bring up the Philly rant. I feel like he thinks that's the only thing he's known for.
Imagine Bob Saget and Full House.
I think Bill looks back now and is embarrassed by how he handled the situation. But i have to say most comedians career would have been over doing what he did but he just got bigger and bigger afterwards through hard work and just not giving a shit.
I actually talked to him about it in LA bout 4 years ago he laughs at the ish but he did roast our table during his show tho
He’s known for ranting períod. 😂😂😂
Bill burr hates anything that reminds ppl who he was before the cucck sold out
I was sitting in that grass, and it was the most memorable night of comedy ever. What a legend. standing ovation from the grass.
Burr is a pilot, one of the best stand ups ever...EVER, husband, friend, plays drums...dudes a legend
bill burr can talk about paint drying in a house and it's hilarious. which he often does.
house painters suck.
Oh no not the painters
"Did you paint or did you bust a nut? It's all over the place"
House painters are the lowest members of the construction family
Painting over all the hardware...
@@primoguerrero7928 No. That's plumbers.
Bob looks like a chipmunk gathering walnuts for the winter.
See if I said that I’m mean! God it wasn’t just me! Lmfaooo
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looks like he's morphed into Glenn Quagmire
He is almost 70... Dude looks incredible.
What's your excuse for looking like a third gen inbred?
You guys are idiots. Give a little respect.
Bill Burr Philly rant is possibly the most incredible piece of live performance ever
Hard to Believe that Saget is gone. Rest in Peace man, we will enjoy your work for many many decades to come!!
There's nothing scarier than a man who's not afraid to die.
When Bill roasted Philly, he became Pittsburgh's favorite comedian
I'll never get over the "one-bridge havin' ass town" line 🤣🤣🤣
Bill burr was a fantastic musician. That's really clear. Two classic hits of his band, the Smashing Pumpkins, are "1979" and "Tonight, tonight".
How he does this while maintaining his comedy is beyond me. RIP to the GOAT, Bill Burr!
yep, it all checks out. Good day.
Bill Burr’s podcast is always good. Episode in , episode out. For 6 years I literally haven’t missed 1 episode.
Thinking of the surrounding comedians in bobs life that just loved the hell out of him. Real friends. 💜💜💜
@@MrHC217 Or maybe you can learn that people change over time regardless of what some entitled fans think about it?
Reminds of that line from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia about how the best comedians are in a mental sweet spot near the verge of suicide.
Joe's impression of Bill was hillarious lmao
"You know what, here's what the problem is"
I didn’t think so but Joes bill Clinton impression is top notch
Yes!! and Bob didn't even react to it.
I was there for that, and it was amazing. I was loving every second of him just going off. It honestly made me an even bigger fan of Bill Burr
Heckles an audience and gets a standing ovation......that is pure, unadulterated talent. Bill Burr is great.
Bill Burr's ads during his podcast are funnier than most comedians actual podcasts.
The Monday Morning Podcast is what I look forward to TWICE a week
The one just before friday is not even a podcast though..!
jose guerrero free content
@@sleeptalken lol I'm not complaining.. Bill himself jokes it is not a podcast.. he's JuSt ChEcKiNg iN On uS!!! Haven't you heard?
@@primoguerrero7928 i heard that in his voice.
I just saw the Bill Burr rant. Fearless. Brutal. Hilarious. He shits on the booing Philly audience, hard core, for ten minutes and the best comment on the thread was "Best TED talk ever."
Joe Rogan reduces Bill Burrs brilliance to just ranting. It sounds like a rant, but it's not a rant. They're like the findings of a study spoken only in the language that Bill Burrs speaks.
You could see Joe was in his feelings as Bob was giving Bill praise.
no he doesn't. He's just highlighting one of the great aspects of bill burrs comedic talent.
Rants r funny tho
Joe did sound like he was envious of bill
@@kylethegod8365 y'all are projecting this bs. Joe doesn't have any reason to envy Bill. They actually like each other - Joe was actually plugging in Bill's podcast channel to his audience. Think about it. How many people have went and checked the actual Philly rant and Bill's podcast channel after this? 👀
I was in the crowd at that show. Still, to this day, the most amazing thing I've ever seen in standup comedy!❤
RIP Bob, you were an absolute legend & will never be forgotten.
Bruh everyone who watched this video went and searched for the Philly rant lol
It was randomly suggested to me in the list the other day.
Now, it's all over the place.
I'm looking right now!
I’m about to do it in 30 seconds ☺️
Seen it so many times
I watch once a month just cause
Bill burr is my favourite
F is for family was Fking awesome
The most recent season of F is for Family was the best, mature and well developed.
You know what? You know what? You're right
That rant is one of the reason why we love BIll Burr so much.
Bill burr is the sort of guy you can trust. From how he talks on his podcasts you can tell he actually cares about people
To me, the Philly Incident is one of the greatest moments of comedy I've ever seen. It was like watching the Drago vs Rocky fight in Rocky 4. That made him a comedy legend at that point.
In that moment in Philly, Bill Burr was Thanos facing off against all the Avengers ALONE.
And still whooping ass
Thanos from infinity war where he waxed that ass.
Comparing the avengers to people in philly is an insult to the avengers. And they’re not even fucking real.
More like when captain america is standing isfront of thanos’ army alone ready to go
Hopefully he kills captain marvel.
"...so I decided to attack everything they loved" :P
Oh man, when he did dissed the Phillies was gold: "Bring Tug McGraw back from the grave, maybe you'll win another one. It ain't never happening. It ain't f**king never happening!" - Bill Burr
Lol
Then they won in 2008!
Bill Burr became a legend that day
“Did it really have to come to this people?”
Didn't know Bob Saget is late. Remember him from America's Funniest Home Videos. We used to love that show growing up. Made our Sundays.
bill the incredible hulk the more he gets annoyed the more powerful he be becomes.
I just watched philly rant. Dudeeee
He never gives up 😂🔥🔥
Bill is a god tier ranter. Picks things apart in the funniest way possible it is amazing
Came back to watch this after he passed. He had an awesome friendship with Bill and they both supported each other. Great comics making awesome friendships.
“You know what, here’s what the fuckin problem is.” Haha, that was a good Bill impression.
Listened to this podcast, heard he was doing standup through instagram and I was stoked that I might be able to see Bob do standup one day (there's a lot of comedians I bucket listed hoping to see) and I broke my heart when I seen his last Instagram post literally the hour before finding out he passed. RIP
The same thing happened to me with Greg Giraldo. I only had money to go to one show. I can’t even remember what the other show was, but I said I will just catch Greg the next time he is in Denver. He passed away shortly after. One of my biggest regrets on missed performances, along with Linkin Park, and the Beastie Boys.
When he called them out about the Rocky statue and it not being Joe Frazier, I was in awe.
Yeah, and the media constantly praises Neil deGrasse Tyson because he's black, yet ignores the many many more qualified WHITE astrophysicists. You were saying, asshole?
@@v-town1980 Rocky is a fictional character. youre aware of that, right?
@@v-town1980 Okay racist. Tyson doesn't get attention because he's the best physicist, or because he's black, it's because he's the best teacher. Carl Sagan wasn't the best physicist either. You don't even know what his job is.
Also, I bet you money you don't know the name of a single "more qualified" physicist.
So sad he has gone. Bill was clearly so shaken by his death in his 2 most recent podcasts. What a loss, RIP.
Bill actually said not roasting the 76ers is one of his biggest regrets 😂😂
RIP BOB! Always loved your cameos on Entourage, you will be missed x
What I love about Bill Burr, even when he’s not “on” is he’s always honest and genuine. He’s never a hypocrite and he should never have to backtrack on anything he says.
r.i.p. Bob. Lost but not forgotten 😪
Sherries berries!
CALL 1 888 FRUIT EVERYBODY 🤣
Club W... *my daddy owns a ranch*
RIP Bob! You were one of the most underrated comics of our lifetimes! Love you buddy...
Damn, I hated Bob Saget with a passion on Americas Funniest Home Videos but I absolutely loved him here. What the hell man, the genuine you is totally awesome! Thanks for doing this one
The booster sauce got ol Saget and Betty.
Rest in peace Bob. You'll be sorely missed
Now that Bob Saget has passed someone needs to send this video to bill Burr. I think it would encourage him Since he cared about Bob so much
I'm from Philly & that Joe Frazier line is what made me take a look at Bill.
& the lotion bit is what made me a lifelong fan!
Bill wasn't even trying to be funny. He was just telling the truth.
Dave Chappelle and Bill Burr are the funniest comedians working today!!! Absolute legends!!
I’ve watched that rant at least 50 times and die laughing every time
Seeing two icons talk about another icon like they have stuff they can still learn speaks VOLUMES of Bill Burr's comedy. I think he may go down as one of the greatest of our generation of comics. :D
There is an icon and Joe Rogan.
Bill burr is a man who speaks my heart like no one else. Absolute straight forward legend
Bob is right. Philly rant brought me to Bill. Now I am 8 years happy fan😁
