Number 1. Sam is wayyyy bigger then Chris in pure muscle mass, if you compare them both when Chris is off stage and not coated in tan, dehydrated, and has been bulking like Sam has. Then Sam gets litterally every box checked off in terms of looking bigger and more aesthetic.

Both of them are well respected in the Fitness community and admire for their strength and fame, but it all comes down strength and experience both of them have strength under their bell, however Chris Bumstead has experience, but it would be interesting to see a training collaboration between these two popular figures come together for one ultimate workout I can see the views and comments coming in for just this video if it were come to fruition.
