Umm. Well people. Clearing data ain't gonna do sht. But what fixed it for me was changing the account. I made a new account and logged in to micro g with that and the videos started working but the shorts are still causing problems. Actually its probably because of youtube flagging but it's only the id created by micro g that got flagged. So revanced team can probably fix it with the update. So till then just change ur account and enjoy.
Your just copying the same fix (that DOESNT work) that every other video has done. I have tried everything, I tried changing settings/ clearing cache/ uninstalling & reinstalling the app, NOTHING fixes it! Doesn't anyone have a Brain to have an original thought & figure out a fix that really works

Hola espero esto pueda solucionar el problema para algunos, utilizando una VPN con region en cualquier pais de Africa no tuve problemas con los videos. Esto no es una solución a largo plazo supongo que solo es cuestión de tiempo para que Google actualice los servicios en esas partes del mundo.

I too have been having problems with RUclips Vanced videos loading since the evening before yesterday and could not play them properly, but after much research, I was able to solve the problem successfully. I can't guarantee that it will work, but I hope it will help you. I will now describe the procedure. (1) Erase the storage of MicroG settings (2) Force the MicroG settings to stop. (3) Open MicroG Settings and log out of the existing account. (4) Re-enter with another account (in my case, the existing MicroG account did not cure the symptoms) (5)Turn off all items of Google Device Registration, Cloud Messaging, and Google Safetynet. (6)Erase the storage of RUclips Vanced (7) Force stop RUclips Vanced (8) Restart the device
@DheerajY02 Revanced version: 19.11.43 MicroG version : 0.3.1.4.240913. Both downloaded from official website. i have a couple of devices using older versions of the above, and they all work fine. I bought a new device a week ago, and have tried installing older and lastest versions, it just doesn't work, and buffering issue persists. I have also tried registering a new Google account , but it only worked for a day or 2 before buffering issue surfaced again. As Revanced is so important to me, i plan to sell the new device i bought, what a waste! I hope the Revanced team can solve this issue soon.

Nope. I have a Galaxy S21 FE and ReVanced works perfectly fine on it. On my Pixel 6 it never stops buffering.
