Young ppl. I haven't drank in yrs. I think the feeling is extremely boring
I often visit SEA, and was in Viet Nam when this happened. There is so much to see and do and eat that doesn't involve getting hammered!

Laos is not safe. Hospitals in Laos do not have enough equipment, so they have to rely on Thai hospitals for treatment instead.
