Great information, just bought my investment property in Stafford. The house was all original, looked to be rented out for 20+ years based on the condition. Needed a full gut, but will be able to profit $500-600 once rented out.
@@DevinMorenoInvesting not a Brrr, a VA home loan. Probably won’t do a brrr in the near future. Think I’ll just keep the two as rental units and move to stocks, not sure if I can renovate homes in the long run and keep a full time corporate job 😂
I use Brunos Appliances and Charm City Appliances for my used ones. But honestly its hard to find a consistently responsive and reliable one. It changes overtime. Those are the ones I use for now.
