Just use a NFC chip for translation purpose on your normal watch or even on the backside of phone . Things can be done way easy
Using NFC for bank things makes it easier to get hacked. There are free apps that can copy any NFC tag to any other NFC tags. Meaning anyone can find the watch, install the app, and copy the tag onto another device

I can't understand why RBI can't allow smartwatch OEMs like Samsung to allow NFC payments.
Through nfc it's easy to steal money without letting you know
@@abhinavdatta wrong concept, NFC is one of the most secured when used on a phone or any smart device. I'm using samsung pay on my 3 yrs old active 2 watch since last 3 yrs. It doesn't work unless I put the exclusive PIN. The contact less pay through samsung watch is very easy and fun.
At UCO bank, You can get a keyfob as an add-on debit card and it has a NFC chip inside it. Costs only 500 and a 100rs yearly maintenance fee.
Axis bank also sell Goqii active band for 2399 and 300 fees for 5 years you can get in axis bank application
Indian Bank and City Union bank gives Keychain with NFC at Just ₹472
You missed Axis Bank, they sell watch with Contact less payment
3rd class bank is SBI
Samsung pay in galaxy watches is the best...! I've been using it for 6 years now on my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. And it works with any cards.
I guess it doesn't officially work in India.

@techwiser What if the strap eventually wears out and gets damaged. I have the high end model in TITAN pay watch series but do not know how and where to replace the strap with a new smart strap with SBI Chip. Please let me know if you know where to get a new SBI chip based strap.

I'm a regular user of yono pay watch. The strap quality is so bad that its layers came out within a year. And the chip is out now.

@@devarora4969 we can side load apks but there should be an official support for the general users. Technically we paid the price for the hardware but there is no software to use it so basically it's useless.

Apple should watch this and provide such straps for india where apple tap to pay doesn’t work. Rather than charging whooping Rs 5,000 for just a rubber strap 🤦🏻♂️. I thought i would get one of these straps, dissect it, take out the nfc tag and install in a custom made leather strap. Unfortunately these titan pay straps are out of stock!!! Probably team TechWiser can make a video about this DIY strap for other watches.
