The mods have to do one of twho things: Restart the economy, making the userbase annoyed and causing players to stop going there or ruin the economy permanently, effectively causing the mods to have to do the impossible task of deleting every key.

There’s a bedrock server similar to this which has gone under the radar for about 3 years, called The Mining Dead (havoc games version) which is very p2w, has a permanent “sale”, and has custom commands and free crates for people who pay. Oh, and there’s also a permanent “limited” crate, which costs quite a bit, and can give a weapon the one taps the best armor.
Finally a good anti-p2w video that has good editing! I like watching duping vids but a lot of times, the lack of editing is almost unbearable. Great job
I honestly hate pay to win servers, though not ALL servers with crates are pay to win. The only theoretical way you SHOULD be allowed to get around it is if you can also obtain the crate loot through game time or by using some crafting method within the game. There's this one server that has crates up to like Legendary with REALLY good but REALLY hard to get loot. However you can obtain the keys not only through buying them with IRL money, but also an in-game Premium currency called 'gems' which you're given from (rarely) killing mobs, logging in daily for increasingly larger bonuses, winning word scrambles in chat, or just being a helpful member in the community or participating in contests as they would often give out premium gems to people who didn't place in the podium but still got like top 10 or top 20. It used to be like 20,000 gems for a legendary key but now it's like 50,000 or 75,000, so it's technically still possible, just very time consuming or difficult to do. But it's because of this alternate method that they're able to get around the whole 'pay to win' aspect of the crates. The only thing the EULA prevents people from doing is outright locking those goods behind store purchases alone, if there's an alternate VIABLE method for obtaining them then it's perfectly legal for them to do so, it just can't be an unreasonable difficulty like 4 months of non-stop, 24 hours a day 7 days a week grinding on 1 item to get a single key.

the gambling is valid reason to do something like this. but not everyone has the time to grind for gear, so sometimes pay to win is fine if only some servers have it.
