SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Direct speech has the use of commas and punctuations
Indirect doesn’t have them
Rule -
Remove punctuation
Use that
According to the reporting verb change the sentences ( reporting verb is the verb before the commas in a direct speech)

Dear ma'am, I have a question.....at 23:56 .... The sentence"God only saved us !" is in simple past and also the reporting verb is in the past tense ..so in indirect speech... won't the sentence change into past perfect tense ...? Please clear my doubt.. Thank you 🙏🏻 ( I think the ans would be - God only had saved them. )

But the sentence in the bracket is not interrogative so how the rules of interrogative are applied

Mam i have ques regarding que bank provided by government, mam usme virtual message me kisi que me conversation nhi di h to kya exam me bhi nhi di rahegi? And mam what if i only do reading of unit 4 and do all the ques of que bank......will it be sufficient?
Virtual message will always have a background or context for your understanding basis which you shall frame a message.
Reading unit 4 is not sufficient. Understand the story of unit 4- refer videos uploaded on the channel and then see the types of questions that are asked in exam for better understanding
