- When you build a fully customized Jeep Wrangler, there's bound to be some troubleshooting as you get everything dialed in! That's why you wheel as many off road trails as possible, because the quicker you can find and fix the problems, the sooner you won't have any more problems to fix! Or is it....the quicker you'll create more problems to fix...?

The jeep is clearly pissed that Chris is gone

Britney, Don't Whip Him In Public...Everybody Knows Who's Boss...But We Still Wanna Keep Him Happy.!!!
Turn Up The Volume! What "clunk"? I thought you just got a new stereo! As the Driveshaft turns, so goes the days of our drives..! Again, nice to have good competent shops along the way. You guys that can fabricate and built are amazing. Just don't roll it before you roll cage it. Hey - nice to see you too Brit!(BOOM!). What'dI say?! Editor In Chief does all the work while the boys play in the shop. LIteBriteNationLaCageDeFolle'!
This builder was very informative until Kev boy tried to out talk him on his own equipment...shhhhh
He was kev-splaining the cage...
I was like "that's what he just said"
I definitely just turn the music up
The camo's and editors among us appreciate ya Britney!
First on Wednesday! Happy to be here with y'all.
Man that is a well thought out cage for sure.
Did Kevin say, ‘just do your job’ Brittany ? 😮😂🤣
Yeah, he better hope Stepchild is comfortable, cos he sleeping in there tonight,...
Interesting to learn about different styles of back to back universal joints. (Sounds like your’s had some sort of part between the two joints). (Did not see that with the Dana-Spicer double U). 👍
Wow Kevin you had super Chris there happened.. just kidding I Chris was working hard all the time you were lucky to have him there.
This video was different. It was good until the end, then I heard this shrill, whiny, annoying noise. Reminded me
Of the ex wives…….
Go wheelin!
Breaking parts is the price of wheeling. Remove and repair then move on. Happy Trails to you both. I loved the Brittany ending. 😆
Party on Wayne
It's really not. But many offroad shops and parts manufacturers love that people think it is, lol....
🙌🏻🙌🏻
That is absolutely the best way to do it
Oh crap it’s a new noise in the Jeep
Mandatory turn the music up
Great cage set up for sure. Just nothing inexpensive when it comes to Jeeps.
Does that mean we shouldn't put tape over the check engine lite ether lol
Pressure wash before maintenance is always a good idea. Mud and dirt often hide leaks and other damage.
That ball it the reason i only run two u joints on each axle of my toyota
Had one go bad in my Cherokee, the funny part is I’ve never heard of one going bad, so I replaced all the joints in the shaft and it didn’t fix it till I realized what was going on.
Does Chris have a youtube yet!!!!
Isn't WinRock the backyard for Bleepin Jeep? He would have a pretty good idea of what trails to do.... Glad you found a good shop to help you out.
It's good that he has a jeep body to fit his fenders to, i purchased DEEGAN 38 fenders for my 2016, thinking it's deegan , gotta be good, WRONG, rear didn't even fit the body shape, the arch was too wide , wouldn't fit inside the body curve, and the front, none of the pre punched holes lined up, had to die grind them ,JUNK! Ended up tossing them aside and ordering another brand from another maker.
Will those new JE reel driveshafts be available for the JK as well? I’m a big Adam’s driveshafts fan, but to get rid of the grease zerks and redo the doh one cardon section would be game changing and I’d be interested!
I have something I feel on the gas pedal on my 2018 but I took it to a shop and they can’t find anything wrong. There are no good shops in my area.. or more of them, I want to take it somewhere else. It’s driving me insane
Funny at the moment I so your first video taking about that noice, I know what it was the double cardan broke ,how to fix that problem limit the down travel a Little bit.
It looks like that upper three link joint is getting pretty close to linkage inversion. I think you might need a little more joint separation between the upper link and the lower inboard. The driveshaft joint might be running out of plunge motion as well, so it may be that it's hitting a motion limit rather than any other issue.
That cage is a little bit of a concern though, the only triangulated joint, from what I can see, is the mid frame with lateral triangulation. There isn't any triangulation in the front or rear frame.
How many issues is this rig gonna have? 🤦🏼♂️🤣 Gooooood night! This is getting ridiculous guys. Lol
The more custom stuff you have, the more issues you can potentially have. Automotive engineers spend years and years and tens of millions of dollars engineering vehicles and they still end up having problems. The guy that engineered all this custom stuff for the step child did it by himself in a garage. It's part of the game.
@@backwoodstherapy Sooooooooo, are portals on the horizon????
Hmmmmm.
With how much was done to and custom fabricated for the Stepchild over the last year, there’s bound to be some kinks to work out. Spoiler alert - we find a few more in upcoming videos. 😅 BUT, by the time we make it back home to Utah, it’ll be sorted! LOL
@@LiteBrite Good to know! Lol 💪🏻
@@LiteBrite hope to see y'all at the Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion again this year. I'm not at "Step Child" level but it's the journey, not the end result, right? I remember when the step child was mostly stock on a Rough Country lift.
Hook me up, find me a sponsor and I'll do some of the best vids you have ever seen, guaranteed.
Why do you need a sponsor to make the best videos ever? All it takes is an iPhone…
@@offroadnchill Because like everyone else on earth I have bills. Money doesn't grow on trees.
Kevin will go missing soon for the ,just do your job and shhhhhhh, Oh Oh.
Backseat is no longer usable with the cage?
It definitely is!
"If you hear a noise, don't turn up the stereo"
What? I can't hear you the stereo is too loud.
Great video! Thanks for all of your hard work Brittany 👏
More Brit, less Kev. Just sayin’
They have another site for that
👍❤️ #Jellynation
Sweet jig 😂
Just a goofy thought you could put speakers or something use that space where the roll bar used to go
Kevin forget reel driveshaft go to Adams driveshafts
Maybe you should learn instead of party
It's a Jeep...of course it makes noise!
Do you do this for a 2dr jk 2017 rubicon recon?
100hrs of labor 😮💨
Yeah at $150hr that’s $15,000 😮
The radio should already be up! :0)
Wreck and Roll…has a ring to it!!!! Rock on!
Whats the Name of the Shop???
Tom’s 4x4 Superstore in Chattanooga, TN
Watch at 5am eating peanut butter and honey on toast
Do they make a cage for the gladiator?
Living your best lives!
Hope it holds together this time
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
"Less than a brittany."
Great job again.
Cigarette lighter bro
You had one job 😂😂😂
Man, this Jeep is broke every episode.
With the sheer amount of custom fabrication and modification that was all done in the last year to this Jeep, there’s definitely going to be a big “shake down” period to find issues or potential issues and get them worked out. 🤙
Is there a jeep beach video this year?
We already uploaded it a couple weeks ago. 😊
Gas.
👍
You are still in the shake down stage. Im glad to see you pushing it to find out the gremlems. Keep it up guys. Great to see you all out there basicly none stop. Im loving it.
With all the money you put in it, I can't believed you guys are having all these broken stuff..but I think with all these rock crawling you do, somethigs are bound to break..
It’s less about the money, and more about just the sheer amount of custom fabrication and modification that was all done in the last year. There’s definitely going to be a big “shake down” period to get any kinks worked out. 🤙
100 hours of labor to install that cage? That $15,000 at 150 an hour shop rate holy crap I’d just get a genright cage for less then half of that
