▶Pão de Queijo : mold(cm): diameter 4, height 2
[Dough] : 17 servings
200g tapioca starch
30g sugar
6g salt
80ml milk
25g cooking oil
52g eggs
100g mozzarella cheese
▶Recipe
1. Mix tapioca starch, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Put milk and cooking oil in a pot and boil.
3. Pour the boiled milk mixture into the powder and mix.
4. Add the beaten eggs and mix.
5. Mix the dough evenly with your hands.
6. Add mozzarella cheese and mix.
7. Using starch as additional powder, make balls from the dough.
8. Make a ball and place it in the mold.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 17 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. After cooling, remove from the mold and enjoy.
