Unavoidable: Client too drunk to be capable of changing the printer media kit in spite of demo at handover and an ATM heist overnight with explosives in the same room. Avoidable: used ribbon masquerading as full and wrong paper size in the right box, plus a few others. Luckily each mistake was only made once 😉

At the end of the day, it's an iPad in a booth. No different than a Windows tablet. You can run any software on it you want, you will just be losing some features like the LED light control but white will still work.
What was the worst avoidable mistake you've made at an event?

My goodness! ATM Heist??!?! ummm might need to hear that story one day.
AWESOME INFO! I'm new to photo booths. How do I get a HOT SPOT?
You can get one from any local carrier like verizon
How can we get the full set of needed back up cords? I don't see it all included on the pbsco site.
For which booth?
Hi! The link to download the template does not work
Please check your spam folder but if it's still not there reach out to support@photoboothsupplyco.com and we will help you out.
When connecting the Salsa booth ,does it charge the IPad or does it need to be fully charged. If so how long does a fully charged IPad last.
It does charge the iPad but I would always recommend starting with a fully charged iPad because you just never know...
So the internal wifi is as good as hard wired? Relying on wifi at the venue gives me anxiety lol
I wish. Nothing will be as good as hard-wired but it will be more reliable then venue wifi. The closer you keep the printer to the booth the better.
Girl, your are great help for the things you cover but what about people that don't like apple products. I am all Windows and DSLR
Give it a try you might be surprised at how easy it is :)
