Biscoff Blondies (Cookie Butter Blondies)

INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup butter softened
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
½ cup cookie butter Lotus brand preferred
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup crushed Biscoff cookies
350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
