Very good message to the youths here, but i wanna point two things:
1. Many ABOVE AVERAGE students are clearing competitive exams based PURELYon merit these days. So if you think u have potential then set up a realistic target and strive for it. Nagaland is changing.
2. Govt job salary isnt that high. Some veggies vendors earn more than clerical job in govt sector. Its just most people in govt sector are corrupt so they get more money unethically.
They formed a committee for fair and transparent recruitment and went baseless. Nagaland will always remain 90-95% corrupted if this continues.
No development, no big private investors. We can no longer compare with neighbouring states. We are the best in no development and corruption.
