Even though some would say this was a "filler" episode, i absolutely loved it. It was just great Star Wars fun and of course i also love how they gave much needed development and screentime to Tech this episode. It makes sense that he would be so good at driving since we always see him fly the Marauder. Last season we have seen him pull off some very impressive manouvers in the Ryloth episodes so i like how they show he isn't just the smart tech guy, he is also a very talented pilot, perhaps his genetic mutations also include faster reflexes not just just hyper intelligence. I would love to see him and older Hera race for the fun of it. It would be a very interesting match between two ace pilots.
As a huge fan of the podrace sequences in episode 1, this episode definitely emerged as one of my favorites. I played the N64 podracer game to death as a child so huge nostalgia vibes. I love your new Rex and little Ahsoka!!!
Crosshair ended up being one of the more intriguing antagonists in these shows. I loved E3 and I hope Cody shows up elsewhere too. This was a fun backstory ep, Tayo was fun
11:52, 13:01, 14:05 😂😂 and the voice of the big guy who was CID’s rival, was also in the show Transformers Prime. It took me about 5-10 seconds to recognize it the two character voices are very different but I recognized the sound/tone of the voice.
When I first started this video I saw the range finder and was hoping you would move so I could see who's helmet it was and then you pointed it out. Lol.
You're about the 4th reactor ive seen and i've only now just noticing Wrecker and Omega are betting on a game at the very start. Nice foreshadowing of the episode
'I don't like him but I do at the same time' - how I hope to be thought of by most people. Tech is fast becoming my fave of the batch - super smart and spectrum-y but not alienating, has clear affection for his family and would do anything for them. Wondering if Sid (Syd?) will end up betraying them at some point..feels like that allusion to her lack of loyalty was put in for a reason, no?
I think it was meant for us to question her for sure. But I'm also not sure why would think she's a straight arrow. She's been good to the group but more times than not has strong armed them into doing what she wants. I feel like I wouldn't be surprised if she turned on them.

I like that TAY-0's last words were "I regret nothing!". LOL XD We now know that Tech could probably have a successful career as a Riot Racer and support them forever if he wanted to! But they definitely have better things to do with their time and skills :P Also, were you talking about playing Episode I racer? If so, I had that game on my N64 back in the day, and me and my friends played it multiplayer all the time when we were in high school! That game was fantastic!!! XD
Hope you get to Rebels, if you can get through the early episodes the pay off is amazing and adds layers to two of your favorite characters which I won't spoil for you. It really is some of Dave Filoni's best stuff and is intertwined and adds to everything he has done and will do in Star Wars going forward.
I actually really wish it was pod racing. It's one of the one things that was fantastic about the prequels and it's basically like never been referenced since.. Only a couple of little Easter eggs here and there so I don't understand why they have to change it . I absolutely would play the heck out of a video game of riot racing. No question.
First of all, nice addition to the wall. :) For me, this was 'Now this is Pod Racing... Again?' You knew they would win. The payoff at the end honestly wasn't worth the meh episode.
Tech, and Crosshair both needed some more character development, but sure seems like that they are setting Cid up to turn on the guys later this season.
Can't help but wonder what Hunter and Echo were up to this ep if there was anything more than what was mentioned... Also idk if this is the first time you're using your intro but I just noticed lol and that track it's good I've heard it somewhere before but where??
Honestly to like crosshair as a character you need to be open minded to his point of view because he isn’t totally a good person but he’s also not a bad one either his character is by far the most interesting in my opinion
Here is a bizarre "what if". Since Omega is only a bit older than Leia would be at this point, what if Omega actually becomes Rey's mother (who was never identified in the sequel trilogy)?
This episode seemed like a bad filler after last week... I mean, were the actors making another movie? Were their a strike with the writers? Is someone out because of contract renewal? LOL
