Very nice content, love your videos! Unfortunately there is no way to see if you already requested a review for an order until you click on it. Would be nice to disable the button or show something like "Review Requested". I also find the request review quite innefective, most of the customers just ignore the email.
I believe you use the word launch in a different context than what I understand. To me, product selling starts with the launch. So in that respect how do you get reviews for a product that is not available to sell?
You can't get reviews for a product that has never been in stock as units need to be shipped BEFORE any reviews are left. That said, you can get reviews using methods taught in this video, before you go into a launch phase. A launch phase is not when a product becomes in stock for the first time, it is when you decide to drive paid traffic to the listing with the aim to increase organic keyword ranking. Before you drive paid traffic to your listing, your listing will almost always have a very low organic keyword ranking and won't get much organic visibility or sales. During this time you can get Vine reviews BEFORE you turn on your ads.
Great video as always. However when I click on the request review button I get a warning the following message from Amazon "We don’t require you to request reviews because our systems already do that at no cost to you. It is against Amazon Policy to make repeat requests (per order) for a product review or seller feedback. By using the ‘Request a Review’ feature, you agree not to send any additional review requests via buyer-seller messaging". Is this normal?
Yep, that's totally normal. Just make sure you don't have any automations setup on tools like H10 or Feedback Wiz, where they automatically send a custom review request through "buyer-seller messages". You can only request a review once either using the button OR using buyer-seller messages.
If someone clicks the link on our website which goes directly to the Amazon product listing and buys the product and eventually writes a review, would that be OK?

To the point and detailed information. Thank you!

@@LucaDavenport thanks. I'm assuming only allowed once per customer.

Yep, that's fine. Amazon gets A LOT of external traffic from review sites etc and many of those buyers leave reviews. Nothing wrong with that at all.
