  • This 40cm wide pyrite vein exposed over 15m has awesome gold values! High grade gold ore and easily accessible for mining! This gold bearing vein was exposed by removing oxidized outcrop with disseminated pyrite to find the large gold vein behind. We have included some XRFs in the video. XRFs also showing a little platinum, palladium and silver, however gold has the high grade values.
    Hope you enjoyed watching our videos on gold mining, gold prospecting, searching for minerals, gemstones, mineral exploration, exploring abandoned mines, everything geology and gold if you enjoyed this one of a kind gold rush, you will definatly love all the placer mining, prospecting and hardrock mining videos below, check them out!

    These kind of viens are very common in mindanao. If i only knew that these are the source of alluvial gold found in our rivers and creeks, i would love to place them in our handmill and build ballmills and rodmills later.

    As always, you guys find great looking samples! Do you use your own XRF machine or use a handheld XRF? I’ve seen them and just curious.
    Thanks keep it up 👍

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 года назад +4

      Nope we don't own one we have a partner in about 20 of our properties who has one. We bring all our samples to him and he tests them so we can eliminate bad samples which aren't worth assaying. Saves a lot of money when you can eliminate 90% of the lower grade samples. His set up hooks up to a computer program with results or can be used as a hand held. We test after because a typical test can take 200 seconds so its a waist of field time if you can test later.

    I have an area close to me that has that exact rock. My SIMPLEX VDI reads 16 to 24. My pinpointed goes off on only parts of the busted rock I break up. How can I find out what is in my rock. I know you can only carry a 1/4 of a 5 gallon bucket before it's too heavy. Any help appreciated.

    I can understand if your prospecting for a customer, but if you guys are doing it for yourself and claim the property, can us sell it even if its a small area? Are there small
    mining operations that would work it?
    I love that you are videoing all of your exploring and testing keep it up. I'm learning alot thanks.

    Hi boys, that was a beautiful list of minerals at the end with percentages and parts per million.
    Copper was way up there but really low on other xRF. Can you explain how the ppm relates to grams per ton and what is Le it is not on the chart?!

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 года назад +2

      Yes, basically 1ppm is the same as 1g/ton. LE are your light elements. In layman's terms the elements that don't matter. Things like argon, chlorine etc...the one to focus on are the ones that show up below that. The good thing about this vein is we have little elements. Most background elements shown are minor. Which means refining you would have less smelter penalties. When you refine all elements have to be separated so the more elements the more costs to refine. If these elements are a high enough grade it doesn't matter as they can be profitable to remove but if they are low they need to be removed from the ore at a loss.

      @scottdawson7805 4 года назад

      911 Mining & Prospecting what is amazing to me is the amount of Rhodium 5ppm or 5g per ton $12,200 per ounce at 5g that is very close to the value of gold per ounce. That would make it worth going after even if the gold was not present. Wow a very rich find you boys made I am amazed.

    How is it possible to steak a claim on land you don't own? Doesn't the land owner own the mineral rights? Can you just go in and claim the minerals on someones land?

    • @MarkRose1337
      @MarkRose1337 4 года назад +2

      Yep. In most of Canada, the surface rights of property ownership don't grant subsurface mineral rights.

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 года назад +1

      Yes were we are the landowner only owns surface rights, there can be multiple teunures on a property, mineral, placer, timber...

      @HeatherNaturaly 4 года назад

      @@911mining Wow.... As a land owner who hold the mineral rights to my property, I find that appalling. I'm really glad I don't live in Canada.

    • @cacogenicist
      @cacogenicist 4 года назад

      In the USA we have millions of square kilometers of federal, public lands -- not privately owned by _anyone_ -- that are managed by our National Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management.
      Except for specific locations within these public lands that have been withdrawn from mineral entry -- for example, national parks, etc -- these lands are open to prospecting and the staking of mineral rights claims (generally in 20 acre units).
      I assume there are public lands in Canada also. Probably they are called something like _Her Royal Majesty's Grounds_ or some such, and they are patrolled by fellows wearing silly hats. :-)

      @@cacogenicist It's called "crown land" in Canada. The vast majority of the country is crown land.
