    Sir form bhar rakha hai yadi plot nikalta hai to full amount n lekar partial loan bhi mil jata hai icici se.

      Yes, Its always a customer choice how much amount he want to take loan or disbursed.

      No, one person can fill one form.

      Yes you can. Only allotted person can fill in this scheme.

      No, one person one application only.

    Sir kya mei 2 application form bhar sakta hu first husband wife joined mei second 19 year son ke naam or agar dono hi draw mei nikalne par kya mei dono plot buy kar sakta hu

      Yes, As son is 19 he can also fill a separate form

    If I apply for 300 sqm and get allotment, then I have to pay approx 70 Lakh within 60 days? So my question is how to get loan of 70 lakh? Will bank provide full loan and for how much tenure, and what will be the monthly emi? Really confused. Any help would be appreciated.

      Yes Sir, you can get bank loan in 15 days, go with ICICI as they know the process and it will be quicker. Just keep all your profile docs like KYC, Bank statement, Salary Slips or balance sheet and 3 years ITRs handy.

      No, all rumors, such big changes needs RERA registration in scheme first.

    क्या प्लॉट कीमत पर 12% फ्रीहोल्ड चार्ज देना होगा
    क्या हम एचयूएफ फर्म से भी फॉर्म भर सकते हैं।
    120sqm और 200sqm प्लॉट की diamention क्या हैं।

      There is nothing like freehold charge, instead there is a lease rent charges of 10% of allotment cost to be paid at the time of possession.

    Dear Pradeep Ji,
    Can I apply 2 forms
    One - with applicant name as Mother name and CO-Applicant name as Son name
    Second - with applicant name as Son name and CO-Applicant name as Mother name
    Will this get cancelled by YEIDA ? Or shall i apply separately?

      You can apply only for 1 form either with any of 2 options you mentioned.
