- Raga Chords Season 2
After a well-received season 1 of Raga Chords, I am back with the second edition of this series. In these videos, I explain the chords that can be used for various ragas. There are song examples wherever possible and some examples of progressions that work well.
In this final episode of season 2, I am covering raga Sindhu Bhairavi, an amazingly versatile raga which is common to both Carnatic and Hindustani music.

A clear explanation sir. Classical, western or Hindustani this subject is perfect....Thank you Sir
Wow, bro. Thanks for demystifying this raga. Much appreciated. Your improv on this one was also spot on.
I chanced upon your video by doom scrolling 😊. Thank you so much for your video. Even though i have zero Carnatic knowledge or keyboard..... it was beautiful to watch how you explained things. Some sounds reminded me of Madha un kovilil. I also learned a bit of venkatachalanilayam.
Glad it was helpful!
After watching this series, I realized that most of my favorite songs come from like 3 or 4 ragas. And now I have many more songs to find out based on that ragam! Thanks for all this information
Nice. Look up Ilayaraja songs. You might be able to hear film songs in less common ragas
Great blessing to start the day with your inspiring and insightful teaching. Grateful for your efforts.
