- 鶴舞園（かくぶえん）は、山形県酒田市にある日本庭園。
酒田の豪商本間家四代目の光道が築造した鳥海山を借景とする池泉廻遊式庭園で国指定名勝である。
鶴舞園は、本間美術館と隣接し本間氏別邸庭園とも呼ばれる。
本間家は北前船で財を成した豪商で、秋田の池田氏、宮城の齋藤氏と並び東北三大地主と言われた。
鶴舞園（かくぶえん）は、文化十年（1813年）に本間光道（ほんまこうどう）が築造し、庄内藩主である酒井忠器（さかいただかた）により鶴舞園と名づけられた。
庭園には、佐渡の赤玉石や伊予の青石など諸国の銘石を配し、ツツジと紅葉の名所となっている。
庭園奥に建つ清遠閣は酒田の迎賓館と称され、藩主の休憩所として作られたことに由縁する。
大正14年（1925年）には、のちの昭和天皇がご宿泊されるなど、酒田の迎賓館は近代まで利用された。
現在の建物は大正時代に建てられた精緻でモダンな格式ある建物である。
中には喫茶室があり、コーヒーを片手に美しい庭園を一望できる。
庄内地方へお越しの際は、是非、本間美術館と合わせ東北の名園を訪れてみて欲しい。

Kakubuen is a Japanese garden located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The garden was built by Mitsumichi, the fourth generation of the Honma family, a wealthy merchant in Sakata, and is designated as a national scenic beauty spot.
Kakubuen is adjacent to the Homma Museum of Art and is also known as the Homma Family Villa Garden.
The Homma family were wealthy merchants who made their fortunes through Kitamaebune ships, and were said to be one of the three largest landowners in the Tohoku region, along with the Ikeda family of Akita and the Saito family of Miyagi.
Kakubuen was built by Homma Kodo in 1813 and named Kakubuen by Sakai Tadakata, the lord of the Shonai Domain.
The garden features famous stones from various countries, such as red jade stones from Sado and blue stones from Iyo, and is a famous spot for azaleas and autumn leaves.
Seienkaku, which stands at the back of the garden, is called the guest house of Sakata and was originally built as a resting place for the feudal lord.
In 1925, the future Emperor Showa stayed at the guest house, and the guest house in Sakata was used until modern times.
The present building is an exquisite, modern, and prestigious building built in the Taisho era.
Inside, there is a coffee shop where visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee and a view of the beautiful garden.
If you are visiting the Shonai region, be sure to visit this famous garden in addition to the Homma Museum of Art.
