I agree. After my last winter in Milwaukee. I called my Pop and said WIRE ME SOME MONEY IM MOVING BACK DOWN SOUTH. however I live in North Texas and after last winter's Snowmagedon I'll be in Mexico City by the time I'm 60 if this cold weather keeps up

just curious what do you guys coat the roofs with there. in 5:23 it looks grey. it is really just white elastomeric? i need to recoat my roof in tucson with that same pitch, and mine is currently SILVER
The outside look is swell, some changes are a wee bit disrespectful to modernism. Much potential for a real go-go.
Love the house, hate the painted brick. I imagine the original color was buff.
This one has been painted so long it's hard to say. It could have been charcoal or red brick, which Denver has a lot of!
I love the purple painted brickwork, but not the mantle that seems fake.
