How to Use Nintendo Network on 3DS After the Shutdown (Pretendo Network)

In this little tutorial I'm going to show you how to setup the Pretendo Network on your Nintendo 3DS to play online after the shutdown! Yes I realized I accidentally recorded in lower-quality, but the tutorial still works, so if you want to complain go make your own!
Additional Notes: System transfers are broken and doing so from the Pretendo servers will prevent you from using online servers in the future! Please see the guide for more info/clarification. Follow this guide at your own risk!
