    Sarah K. Wells, MSN, RN, CEN, CNL is a national speaker, educator, nurse blogger and owner of New Thing Nurse, a professional and academic coaching company for the nursing world.
    Sarah has spoken at the local, state and national levels at past emergency nursing and educational nursing conferences. Sarah received her MSN degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2010 and is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL). Sarah is passionate about pediatric care coordination, nurse wellness, global nursing and creating a more supportive nursing culture throughout healthcare.

    The best advocacy for nurses is to form a union- hands down.
