I believed Grievous to be a coward at first, but for the most part in the Clone wars itself he makes tactical retreats, he never goes down with the ship. The only times where he is truly a coward is when he is fighting Jedi and relies on his Droid entourage to make things easier for him.
I like how Kit Fisto called him a coward and yet at the end of the episode runs away from him by getting on his jedi starfighter. The episode where he attacks Grievous's lair. Not to mention how the jedi cheat by using the Force against him. It is not a cheat technically but a scummy move - i was born differently so i will use my magic on you. Or how they call him a murderer for killing jedi. Bitch please. Jedi are legitimate targets. They are generals and warriors in the enemy army. I don't know who the murderer is. The one that kills their enemies or the jedi that send padawans/children to fight in the Clone Wars. That is a war crime just like faking a surrender, something Obi Wan and Anakin did multiple times. I really want to like the Clone Wars but they are so one sided and hypocritical that i just can't watch it. Instead of showing the plight of both sides they made this into Republic propaganda. When the CIS attacks a Republic world it is tyranny but when the Republic attacks a CIS loyal world it is good and freedom. Wasted potential.

Also there were many ways to counter jedi, some being shooting nets, rockets, flamethrowers or slug projectiles (bullets) at them. The Mandalorians were very dangerous jedi killers. The Force gives jedi more speed and reaction time but it is not realistic how for example Obi Wan can fight a cyborg with four hands while he uses only a single sword. Cool, he has Form 3 which is focused on defence but i want to see in slow motion how he paries 4 swords that are thrusted against him at the same time in different angles. Those powers are not something each jedi can use. Not everyone is Mace Windu. They could have introduced for example many episodes where we follow some random jedi, in a span of a single episode or two they make sure to introduce them to the viewers, to be likable, competent but no Obi Wan lvl competent. They fight Grievous and lose in a 1 vs 1 fights and he kills them and takes their saber. That is good story telling. Bad story telling is what they did in the show. Ahsoka, a padawan slicing off the hand of Grievous (the jedi killer) or him struggling against other Padawans like that one Kit Fisto had and yet in that fight Grievous still cheated using a blaster against a young jedi... But the show did everything in it's power to say - but that jedi was a bad one, brash and stubborn. - taking away the victory Grievous had. Not only he cheated but he cheated against an incompetent jedi to win. Talk about spitting on a character that was supposed to be a tactitian and a very skilled fighter...

Just keep jumping and using your dodges, and think 3d, don't attack head on non stop. Go in with thrust surge, chop whoever is close and crab rush out when the heat picks up. Grievous is the easiest dark side hero to get triple digits kills on

From what I know, Legends Grievous is too durable to even take damage from standard blaster fire unless it's to his eye or something. He's taken out an entire platoon (or was it a garrison? It was something like 200+ clones) backed up by Jedi without any difficulty. But yeah, game balance, they can't literally make him nearly invincible.
It shows you just how easy grievous can overwhelm someone, with only a few slashes he cuts down half of the clones he comes across, with one leap he can out maneuver the most basic of enemies. And when it comes to the Jedi, he can be super unpredictable with how he fights with a style so unique that most jedi are baffled by it when they fight him. A perfect villain, (IMO)
I still can't believe Grievous crawls, imagine showing him to a hardcore Transformers fan who never knew anything Star Wars related and show the crawling, he'll be mistaken for an Insecticon. And that, honestly, isn't even a bad thing!
