Well, I imagine it would chaotic and laggy, unlike a good game of Fire Emblem, which is high quality and involves minimal suffering except for Engage, don't play that one. Day 173. I'm desperate
I've done my bit and played Imperator today
Unfortunately the game had potential and still has a lot of untapped potential. But it's a massive improvement on 1.0, when the game's core systems contradicted each other to maximise the tedium of playing it and the playerbase disintegrated faster than Alexander's empire. Also, I don't think it had mission trees, or even a macro builder.
yeah, paradox somehow thought they could get away with releasing a poorly polished bare bone beta version at the launch like they do every other time as well. Silly them.
@@sizanogreen9900game was not THAT bad tbh, I played it at launch and the only real issue was a lack of flavor imo
@@Jiub_SN I played at launch too. To me it seemed like every other paradox release in the start. Which is, at least from my perspective, "barely playable". But somehow the community this time didn't have the patience to wait for more dlc.
@@sizanogreen9900it’s because by the time we got EU4 did people realize Paradox was milking them by releasing half-baked products.
@@osmaniesquijarosa4308 But still, CK3 made it and they are now a decent game which all in all is more appealing to me than CK2 and only on track to get better (tho many things obviously still need improvement and there *are* select areas where ck2 is still better). Point being CK3 made it through that phase, why couldn't IR? At start they weren't really any different in quality.

I'm pretty sure the suez canal equivalent exists to represent the historic practice of carrying boats from the nile to the red sea for trade (or rather of having the slaves carry one's boats)
Necho's Canal existed until 800 AD before being closed and slowly sanding out, there is evidence that the digging of the canal began as early as 1800BC
No it was a real Canal built from the red sea to the Nile, but it was closed down in the 8th century and neglect led to it being filled with sand
