I think they still think that Lucas showed the basketball team where Eddie was, but he didn’t. He took them to hoppers old cabin and gave them the slip…on my opinion Lucas has been pretty solid. Mike is the one that needs to get it together lol

I personally liked the conflict of lucas wanting to be popular vs his ''nerdy'' friends. it made me go OMGG LUCAS WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY lol, GOOD SPINS nonetheless
@@mandyu3924 He didn’t necessarily want to become popular, I don’t think he cared for popularity or recognition at all. He just wanted to stop being bullied and be treated like a normal person, I don’t blame him for that.
@@panashe5268 even if that was his thoughts , his approach to his friends make it less understandable 😭 because he said “ if i get in with the popular crew, you guys will be too “ like its great he wants that but to try and make the others feel that way seems kinda unfair 😭mike and dustin don’t rlly care about that part of highschool clearly, lucas is still my fave tho and it’s nothing wrong with wanting change. that particular conflict with his friends really reminds us that they are truly just kids, even though they work better than the adults😭.
Is anyone else talking about how the jock's name is Jason? Which would make his sub story against Eddie an 'Eddie vs Jason' a subtle nod to 'Freddy vs Jason.' I don't think anything crazy is gonna happen with it, but I just think it's another cool easter egg/nod to more classic horror flicks that the Duffer bros might have added. Just like the 'Meyers' gravestone and Robert Englund.
