Instant Pot Lesson 9: Using the Manual Setting to Make Pulled Pork

How to use the basic "Manual" button. After I've sauteed the pork to brown it (using the saute function), I set the meat on Manual. Remember, pressure cookers ALWAYS have some kind of liquid in the pot. They require liquid to create steam pressure.

Thank you for this! Almost every instant pot video I’ve seen shows the timer in hours, minutes and seconds! Now I know the LUX model only counts pressure cooking in minutes and nothing is wrong with the number display on my pot!
