Nice video! For crappie fishing I like to use a wax worm or crappie minnow on a small glow jig. Definitely helps using a flasher. That is your eyes under water. Fish slightly above the school and let them come up to your bait. Good luck!

Tried ice fishing once w/ the kids. Opening holes with a hatchet. We froze and haven't tried again. Looks like you're into it.
