This game amazes me about how it’s both about how insignificant you are to the greater world, and how the smallest things can have suck a great impact, the slugcats embody that idea perfectly.
I meant to comment this earlier but I couldn’t find the words. I did not expect Never Meant to Know to start playing. It’s such a beautiful song which fits Hunter (and the game in general) so well. Definitely play as Hunter again and keep the pearl (show it to Moon ofc) and also go to the place where your game ended as Gourmand. You’ll find out what the countdown was.
hehe, yeah I thought it was a very fitting song for their campaign so I couldn’t not use it. as for playing Hunter again, I do have something among other things which I hope to get out soon-ish regarding everything I missed in my old playthroughs
I love the story of this game, but I'm really bad at the mechanics of operating a slugcat, so thank you for playing and sharing their stories! I always really like these videos, but this one was especially emotional. Thank you!
I loved the whole ending sequence where you showed the whole journey that hunter made with the little slugpup! everything surrounding this campaign is emotional and sad 😭 Seeing how hunter is more than willing to do the task assigned to him despite being rotting from the inside out, hunter's story is something that one wouldn't expect from a game like this. As always a very good video, oh and this campaign unlocks an Easter egg in the Gourmand campaign, you should go check it out!

I like the sections of the video where you let some music play with no commentary. It serves to create a particular atmosphere, as well as tell a story of what you were feeling at the time of playing the game,that a lot of creators don’t do a lot with these days.
The production quality in this is honestly awesome! As people have already pointed out, you should definitely look towards delivering the payload AND ascending! Wish you good luck :]
I recommend you replay hunter while bringing the pearl to moon and having enough time to get to subterranean to ascend
