five pebbles: go to your city and kill the scavs you: aw man guess i gotta go to garbage wastes and not the region called metropolis which literally means large city
"Killing a specific scavenger..." - which makes me think 'really, you're really doing this blind? Because that is a *good* guess.' "...in garbage wastes.." - OK, definitely doing it blind! I laughed so many times in this one - brilliant stuff. And the art is great - in fact I use a lot of the achievement and ending screens as desktop background when I've 'unlocked' them. But what is absolutely top notch, if you haven't seen it already or have avoided it for fear of spoilers, is the RUclips video "The Artificer vs. Chieftain Scavenger (Rain World Downpour animation)" by 'Northflowo'. It won't have any spoilers after this campaign, and I'd strongly recommend it as a magnificent animation of that final fight.
HAHA I remember watching back that part and being surprised at having called the ending somehow, as well as trying to figure out how to have the whole metropolis/garbage wastes shenanigans make any sense within the duration I wanted the video to be. I've looked up a *couple* of things overall but nothing major to where I wouldn't still call it a blind playthrough. I'm pretty sure I've heard of northflowo and have watched a couple of their animations, I'll be sure to watch that one too. I'm glad you enjoyed the video!! 💜
So now i would recomend you to comlete hunter run. It is not the hardest one, at least i think so, but the problem is you still didnt find one crucial thing in tge game. Recomend you to listen to this little yellow guy ;)
If you continue doing the downpour slugcats, I would recommend you doing Spearmaster first. Rivulet is technically next, but Spearmaster makes a lot more sense to play first
I see people recommending Spearmaster before Rivulet but personally I disagree, it's perfectly fine to do them in either order and doing Rivulet first avoids doing two combat-oriented slugcats back to back.
i know this is supposed to be a blind playthrough and all, and i LOVE watching those, but as a rain world veteran PLEASE let me explain to you what some of the objects do... watching you struggle with the rain deer especially as gourmand was agony. you can call rain deer to your location by poofing spore puffs, and get then to lean down so you can grab their horns by setting one down so they can eat it. you also need to visit the blue person in shoreline (looks to moon) AFTER meeting pebbles!i could lore dump so much more to you but ill stop here for now. but i VERY VERY MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS! these have been delightful to watch!
well, I've actually played all of the campaigns already! I decided after Spearmaster that I'd play through all of them so I don't have to keep avoiding spoilers so I do actually know a lot more than I did here. it's quite funny to watch back at these seeing that I barely knew anything lol. I will also perhaps try to get ascension endings for all of those who *can*. New video coming out very soon, glad you're enjoying them!
@@Fluffion @Fluffion im very excited to see more! I do wish you hadnt already played yet though just because i love helping new players, but either way i love blind playthroughs! Rain world is BRUTAL and as a long time player im mostly used to the brutality of the game so seeing someone play with fresh eyes and no expectations is soooo much fun. Makes me remember my own thoughts when i first started playing! I believe all the slugcats can TECHNICALLY ascend (though some just dont have unique cutscenes) You can also get the same ending for survivor and monk as you can with gourmand, if you didnt know already! If you havent actually played survivor either i reccomend that too, as survivors interactions with pebbles and moon are different, and the ending cutscenes (for both endings) are different. I apologize for ranting if you already know this stuff, i just really love this game and want anyone who plays to experience all it has to offer! ❤
you’re back!!! your way of editing videos is lovely and your voice is very soothing, it’s fun to see someone getting to experience rain world and discover the world slowly, on your own. it would be nice to see you play survivor’s campaign one day too! hope you have a good day.
just a heads up- there are actually two endings for this campaign!! you just have to listen to the echo :) btw most of the other downpour scugs also have an alternative ending!
0:40-1:20 Despite the many many deaths resulting from going left, did you never consider going _right_ (the much easier route) instead? It would have led directly to Shaded Citadel, entirely avoiding Garbage Wastes.... (EDIT: you know what, never mind, evidently you loved Garbage Wastes so much you voluntarily went back there even after finding Metropolis ;-)
whenever I get into the cycle of trying to get past a specific path, I'll stop at nothing to get through it even if there's a much easier path which I never bothered to find. I should stop doing that lol
I recently played the Artificer campaign too! And just like you, instead of exploring Metropolis, I went all the way back, but in my case it was because I wanted to visit Moon (and I ended up missing out for a good while lol) Good video! And hey, what will be the next slugcat you're going to play?
"Imagine growing a spear"
*The entire being of Spearmaster*
five pebbles: go to your city and kill the scavs
you: aw man guess i gotta go to garbage wastes and not the region called metropolis which literally means large city
"I AM Artificer. (Former) Mother of 2. LOOK UPON ME IN FEAR!"
- probably artificer after killing scav king
The way my face lit up at this reference 😂

I loved being locked at low karma for this campaign, because it meant i don't lose much when I die 200 times in Metropolis and I can keep trying
that's a good way to look at it
I once threw both of my children off the cliff in one of the flashbacks and my game crashed as if it was saying,
“WOW, JUST WOW.”
So now i would recomend you to comlete hunter run. It is not the hardest one, at least i think so, but the problem is you still didnt find one crucial thing in tge game. Recomend you to listen to this little yellow guy ;)
Honestly, for such a small RUclipsr, your editing is rather well done! Keep up the amazing work!
0:59, you already got violated by a spear-
If you continue doing the downpour slugcats, I would recommend you doing Spearmaster first. Rivulet is technically next, but Spearmaster makes a lot more sense to play first
FORMER mother of two
I see people recommending Spearmaster before Rivulet but personally I disagree, it's perfectly fine to do them in either order and doing Rivulet first avoids doing two combat-oriented slugcats back to back.
I think people recommend spear first because Riv's whole character is a drug with it's well, "drug addiction" behavior.
Been here since the monk video. I’ve never seen a channel so new have editing this good. Please keep it up!
tysm for the kind words 💜 I WILL keep it up

I would also love to see you retry artificers campaign to get the void sea ending. (ascension in the depths)

thank you so much!!! and yes I do plan on playing Survivor eventually 💜

Most MSC slugcats have 2 endings yes, but not that interesting secondary ending, Arti is more of an exception than the rule.

Spearmaster will be next!! not the most conventional order but it seems pretty inconsequential anyway
You good RUclipsr
Play spearmaster and than rivulet it will make more sense
You should correct your title to : former mother of 2
3 video yes
