Manny was on live TV yesterday when he learned of the latest mass shooting that happened at the Kansas City Chiefs championship parade. Please don't ignore it. It was ignored almost completely by ESPN and fox sports.
So the gun law that says you have to be 18 should work. Except juveniles had guns and an argument. How they get a gun. Oh yeah off the street where the laws we already have need to be enforced.

As long as we have the 2nd amendment enshrined in our constitution, this problem will exist. It's a cultural issue.
The problem isn't the 2nd amendment. The problem is with how it's seen politically. Ammosexuals see only see the 2nd half of the sentence "the right of the people to keep and bare arms, shall not be infringed" and think that's the entire amendment. People who understand proper grammar know that "the people" referred to in the 2nd Amendment are those in "A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state." and NOT Joe and Jane Q Public. The 2nd Amendment, as it was written, was written as gun control. The only people with the right to "keep and bare arms", according to proper grammar, is those in what are today known as local, state and federal law enforcement and the state and federal military. And why? Because they are "Well-regulated".

I am sorry for your loss Manny but let me ask you. Will taking my guns away bring your child back? I am nobody and mind my own business. Why should my right to be able to defend myself if GOD forbid I ever had to be infringed and taken away because of actions of others that I have no control over. Why are we not addressing the actual issues of individuals that need mental help?
I've never heard of or seen a gun act on its own and pull its own trigger. Why are we blaming these events on an inanimate object instead of blaming the actions of these individuals and holding them accountable?

A description for what? No charges have been filed, 2 out of the 3 are minors and the police haven't asked the public to look for anyone.
