i have a u748, it looks 100% the same apart from cpu socket. But my guess is everything else would fit in the chasis, which I personally think is amazing. I wonder if the displays would be cross compatible....I guess not? Imagine you could just put a new mb in the old laptop and everything else worked.
I think there is also an LTE/4G upgrade option behind the same cover as the SSD.
