They’re walking in with a bunch of preformed opinions without trying it themselves and obviously the places he goes to does have some bad things but it’s like they have a negative opinion on everythiiing and it’s kind of extra how they react to some things. They leave the fat on because believe it or not, the fat actually flavors and keeps the meat moisturized. If they remove it, cook it, then leave it out, the meat will taste really bland and super dry. Hope this could help.

I lived in Las Vegas for 7 years, and this is what almost all the buffets look like. That's why you pick out the good looking stuff, and don't purposely ask for the shit. Based on the price you paid this is definitely a buffet on the strip, so half the money you spent is just because of location, location, location.

When it comes to buffets that size...imagine trying to feed that many people at all different times and keep absolutely everything fresh and perfect. It's impossible.
But I’ve gone to buffets around that same size and the food was delicious and hot

I went to this exact buffet last year while passing through Vegas. The food wasn't that bad, honestly. These guys are just used to eating at five star restaurants with the money they make. Not to mention it's content to give a terrible review.
