So many thanks for the incredible footage!! More importantly, continued gratitude for all who team on these epic tales.
The flamingos are truly splendid and elegant birds.
They're also aggressive.
I wanna pet flamingo 🦩
They shit on their legs to stay cool. This is known as urohydrosis. Not surprisingly, they have a reputation for stinking to high heaven.
Yes, they are. They remind me of coastal Florida where nearly every home has a plastic one in their front yard. (Or used to when I was a kid.) Never saw a real one there though.
There's this gorgeous song about them. Search RUclips for and .
I'm so in love with BBC I've had learned sooo much more about animals than I've ever had. And I enjoy the show even more when David Attenborough is giving me the info and exploring as well
BBC!!?
@@joaquinarchivaldo.2859 you know who they are, right?
@@joaquinarchivaldo.2859 yeah BBC you semi illiterate or what?
Love Flamingos!
Argentina is beautiful! Love all the different Cactus. Amazing mountains and sands that I would love to hike in someday. 💜✌
This was at least partially shot in Bolivia within a few hour’s radius of Uyuni, for the record.
Na Argentina.
i’d love to see a full documentary about birds (and only birds) at BBC Earth, but i always know they need to take their time.
"Watching images of nature has been shown to help our mental and physical wellbeing" - This is why I have long proposed changing the way we do urban design to allow nature natural corridors in and around us, with contact in some places (like around where we live) and distance in others (keep them from having to move across highways or city centers to migrate). While they are just beginning to build nature corridors in America, nobody has yet to adopt my idea of actually considering a little bit of nature as part of our surroundings in housing. You trade in a row of front yard lawns that look vaguely pastoral for actual wildlife, for example.
Most beautiful think I've ever seen.
This is a very unusual touch. Birds' view. A unique experience. A nice try! Wonderful & I like it! This is BBC.
Wonderful

Εξαιρετικά Ενδιαφέρον ! ! ! Σάς Ευχαριστώ ! ! !
This Is a beautiful and innovative video
Praise the Lord for making such wonderful places!
Wow 😲 nice place
Beautiful but where is Attenborough’s voice?
The end featured saguaro cactus 🌵 which are native to the Sonoran Desert of Arizona and Mexico ; and also parts of California.
These are not saguaros (Carnegiea gigantea), but cardones (Echinopsis atacamensis), native to this place.

Flamingo 1: I swear flying in the sky and seeing the ground is like riding a roller coaster
Flamingo 2: really? Prove it then let’s fly so high
Flamingo 1: bet
Flamingo 2: I’m gonna have nightmares
David? Are you here with us on this adventure?
May please let us know, which place? In which country????
Sou do Rio Grande do Sul, um estado do sul do Brasil, fronteira com o Uruguay e a Argentina. Conheço os dois países, e posso afirmar com certeza que as montanhas são a cordilheira dos Andes. Pode ser na Argentina.
Try reading the description of the video? Ppl say it helps..
Salta province, Argentina.
I know a lot of people like them, but I find deserts kind of gloomy and ugly. Give me a cool mountain stream in a hardwood forest any time. We don't have any flamingi here, though. Greetings from the Arkansas Ozarks.
Flamingi 😝😜🤪!
@@maryrosekent8223 Maybe I should have called them flamingae. Yes. I like that better. Except for the plastic ones in people's front lawns flamingae are exceedingly rare here in the Ozarks.
Alas the video shows deserts?
💕🇨🇭
Gruß Jürgen 🤠
Gosh they fly close to those cacti 🙄
Nice footage, but some narration would have been helpful.
Subhan Allah . Almighty Allah has created this world beautiful. And thanks for this beautiful vedio.
