Not much is known about Ash other than the fact that he is very old. No one knows how old, but we know it is very. So old that his mind became so cluttered with owl wisdom that it cancelled itself out, leaving him not knowing very much at all. This might seem like a sad life, but Ash is blissfully unaware of his existence, getting excited about the mouse in front of him that he forgot he caught 2 minutes ago, and peacefully gazing into the sunset which just appears as a fog of warm colours through his cataracts. While his clouded eyes make it difficult for him to see, his hearing is still sharp as a needle, so the group rely on him always listening out for danger when everyone else is distracted.

I survived a hurricane. It was Hurricane Michael, the third worst hurricane in the history of the U.S. and the worst in Florida. I was in my home when it happened. It fell around me and the 7 others in the house. Because of it, I panic a lot during storms now. However, your music helps me a lot with it. The softer and slower beat helps calm me down and I turn it up as loud as possible to drown out the loud wind/rain/thunder. Thank you for making the music that you do. It helps me SO MUCH.

no one asked, but in around 2014-2015 i discovered you and your music and i fell in love. back in the day when you googled cavetown, you would get pictures of some town in michigan or something. i spent hours each night listening to your music and just bonding with every lyric like it was written directly to me. i may not agree with some things that you've said recently, but its childish to stop being a fan of someone because of an opinion. its been great seeing you and your music grow throughout the years and i couldnt be prouder of you, robbie. i hope your music career continues to grow in success, im really proud of you.
i discovered him last year, but i watch all his old videos- and listen to all his old songs on his Bandcamp. im never gonna regret finding him becuse everything he's putting out now is better and better no matter what he talks about 💕

I was dealing with a toxic and manipulative friendship for 2 years and I didnt even know. They thought they knew everything, I thought they were being so nice to me even tho I had some bad history with them, I still trusted them. I ended it a few weeks ago by just cutting them off, because a wise Lil boi once said (im talking about Robbie) that if someone is toxic then just cut them off, they don't deserve and explanation :) Robbie's advice and little talks about life have helped me so so much! his music has made me cope with my anxiety. I'm very glad I found your music ❤

Hi cavetown. I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I'd just like you to know how much your music has impacted me. There are times when I can't force myself to go on, or the anxiety is so bad. There are times when I can't bother to interact with anyone and plain hate myself. But your music has made me be able to calm down, to not remember all that, just fall into the music, and have a safe place. There have been plenty times where I have been on the verge of a panic attack and just giving up, but listening to your musics helps so much. So thank you for being you.
