Use metallic watercolour paints alongside ordinary watercolours to paint these easy Winter Holiday cards! Развлечения
My favorite part was creating crackled glass. Beautiful! Thank you.
Thank you!
LOLOL - festive nip of ginger wine. I don't drink, buy you've given me the perfect excuse to buy some eggnog. Drinking it sans booze, in unreasonable amounts, is my holiday mood-maker. Also love the washi tape border. I intend to leave it on the picture
Beautiful!! Love the dipped glass rim for the circle!
Thank you!
Absolutely lovely little tutorial ❤ I enjoyed it.
It's Beautiful .
Thank you!
What a great tip to use the flat brush for the top hanger on the bauble. Thank you Lois.

Absolutely brilliant!! I love your work & enjoy many sky videos also. Thank you so much for sharing. 😊🙏
Haha, just did a few christmas Baubles last friday, to pimp it up I used some glue and glitter sprinkles. And now I find them in the whole house! I like the stripes with the handle of the brush!
Thanks! This is an old video from last year, I thought it was worth sharing it!
Lovely lesson Miss Lois ! Thank you

Where can I get black water color paper 100 percent cotton
Absolutely gorgeous and well-explained method for creating these. Are you heat setting in between layers at all or all or using wet-in-wet throughout? Trying these out as we speak. TY
I never heat set, these are painted wet in wet. Always best to let layers dry naturally otherwise you miss out on a lot of the beautiful effects watercolour creates as it slowly dries
Bonjour quelle marque de papier aquarelle noir utilisez vous pour peindre ? Merci, c'est vraiment magnifique ❤
Hi, I use Stonehenge Aqua black watercolour paper
It is Christmas Card my dear. X
I’m afraid I’ll have to correct you Janet, it’s an inclusive winter holiday card, to celebrate any of the winter holiday celebrations, not specifically Xmas! Happy Holidays! 👍💐🎨
I do love your work Lois, but I would like to say something now about why you would call your painting a holiday card. It’s a Christian holiday and it’s a Christmas card so let’s call it that! Other religions are allowed to call their special days by their proper so let’s extend that courtesy to Christians as well. Thank you. ❄️
I have to firmly disagree with you! It’s a Winter holiday card, it isn’t meant for any religious group, but to celebrate the Midwinter Festival, the winter solstice. If you wish to call the holiday Christmas and celebrate your religion, please feel free but please don’t try to turn this into a religious painting, it simply and inclusively celebrates the pagan festival of midwinter! This is an inclusive channel, nothing to do with religion 🎉👍😊
Thanks for the inspiration!
@@LoisDavidsonArt I so agree with you. Thank you.

Thank you @LoisDavidsonArt I couldn't have said it better myself. It's a beautiful card to be used for any holiday you celebrate. Happy Holidays to everyone. Have fun painting.
