The Grace baguette comes in at approx 1 lb 3 oz and the bucket style is approx 1 lb 2 oz!
I ended up getting the small grace and it weighs 1 lb 6 oz in case anyone is curious!
I love the A.P.C. aesthetic, sort of a mixture of Parisian-Japanese minimalism. My husband and I stock up on their wool sweaters during their winter sales. The designs are basic and never really go out of style and the quality of the wool lasts years and years. I love that they also carry the Porselli ballet flats. I do not own their bags yet (find most too structured) but I am sure the quality is there.

Coincidentally I just bought the Grace Baguette in black. I bought it instead of the Celine Triomphe shoulder bag and think it looks great but not sure I’m going to keep it due to the width. I personally can’t seem to fit the mini pochette (filled) + my phone so TBD if I keep it. It does look great under the arm though! Wish the baguette came in more colors like the Kelly green. 💚 Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
It’s definitely a slimmer bag! I have no problem getting my mini pochette and other essentials in. But then again, my mini pochette is not super packed. Curious what you’ll decide to do!
Could you do a review after a month or so of using them? I rushed to get the Parisa Wang backpack after seeing it on your channel (using your code). Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. It is very difficult to close the clasp with one hand when it’s on the shoulder. So every time I have the take it off from my shoulder, hold it with one hand and close the clasp with the other hand, which defeats the purpose of me getting a backpack. I wish I waited for a detailed review on the pros and cons of the bag before buying. Thank you.
Absolutely!!! I’ll do a through review in a month. As for the Parisa Wang backpack, I understand what you mean. A zipper opening is usually easier on backpacks but I think because of the shoulder strap option, they opted for the clasp. Sorry to hear it’s not working out for you.

Although I don’t have high-end designer bags I am also finding myself crushing on contemporary/lesser known brand these days. I am thinking of getting the Songmont mini song or something from Marsell (saw this on farfetch and the leather looks great!)
I’ve been eyeing Songmont for a while as well! It seems they’re only available online so I haven’t been able to see them in person but very intrigued! I think there are so many beautiful new brands popping up that cost a fraction of the higher end brands, yet offer nice quality.

Love the style and clean lines of APC but I’m scared of the smooth leather. I’ve been eyeing the Betty crossbody bag
I’ll share any wear and tear down the road but I’m actually not worried about the smooth leather. My Celine Classic box bag is a few years old and no scratches. Bigger concern is water - not a good idea to get this type of leather wet in rain/snow. The Betty is really cute too!
There are many brands that make great bags in the hundreds in higher quality leather and craftsmanship even compared to some bags in the thousands, and APC is definitely not less known. Its interesting to see people getting amazed that these brands make ‘quality’ bags (shouldnt quality be expected? 500-600$ is a lot of $$). Is it cos its been normalized that bags could be priced at thousands?
There are even companies that make heirloom quality leather that cost even less than 500 (KMM&co, Go forth goods etc).
Meanwhile people are not even shocked that some Chanel bags dont even last a few wears.

OMG I have been eyeing the APC grace bag but also want the Gucci Horsebit mini 1955 with 2 straps or the Celine Teen triomphe..❤They have the similar look so not sure if I should go with the luxury gucci or Celine sooo expensive or go with APC…Help pls 😂

I would like to get a Celine teen triomphe but the $$ 😩 but thr Gucci Horsebit mini 1955 in black with 2 straps detachable, I find the leather maybe more durable as its not the shiny smooth one. But with APC you get the same look but at a cheaper price. but sometimes you know when you get a contemporary brand which looks like the luxury one, sometimes you’d think oh I shouldve just gotten the other one instead. They are not cheap either 😉 love all your videos and tips. 🥰

I’ve owned MZ Wallace bags for several years now. My very first video on this channel was of an MZ Wallace bag! They’re great for casual outings and travel. The nylon is durable. The lacquered ones are fun!

They are beautiful bags. I absolutely love the baguette. And that color is stunning! What are your thoughts about wear and tear on the leather? Do you think it'll scratch easily?
The leather reminds me of my Celine Classic box bag. I’ve had that for years and no scratches so far, despite a lot of ppl saying how delicate it is. I haven’t found it to be an issue at all. There’s a light coating on the leather that makes it feel smooth and slick unlike untreated/uncoated leather that would scratch far more easily. I would worry less about scratches and more about water. I don’t think this type of leather will hold up well in the rain/snow. Hope this helps!

Is the Grace fold over larger than the Gucci horsebit ? I recent,y purchased that so do t want to purchase another bag in the same size. I’m trying to be very selective in my bag purchases. I also have a Chanel double flap in small . This handbag would work for a more everyday bag and like you, I enjoy simp,e, classic styles . Thank you

In my personal opinion Grace bag overpriced for what it actually is.
The leather is like a plastic, terrible quality for the price. The hardware cheap, shiny and you can see all the scratches right away.. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I ordered the baguette a few months back because it’s so stiff. There’s not much room for all your essentials. No option for a crossbody as mentioned in this video. These are all deal breakers for me.
Nice bags, APC have always been a great brand. The Demi Lune is a classic. But why does everyone now feel the need to bloody sing when they present their new purchases?! 🙄
