  • On December 3rd, 1981at 6.55pm, Tomorrow's World Today presenters Kieran Prendeville and Su Ingle demonstrate how a BASIC computer program is transmitted and saved on cassette tape. They transmit a short program for the Apple II and ZX81. This was the first time in history a computer program was broadcast wirelessly to the general public.
