- Boeing, a legendary name synonymous with aviation excellence, has long been revered for pushing the boundaries of flight.
But the aviation giant has faced criticism in recent years. Whistleblowers saught to expose the clandestine truths lurking within Boeing's operations. But they have not done so without great risk. Before he could deliver his final deposition in an ongoing lawsuit against Boeing, a former employee, John Barnett, was discovered dead on March 9.
Now, Sam Salehpour has come forward to bring to light the atrocities he witnessed under the world's largest aerospace company.
Atrocities that have left the public stunned.
2 Dead Boeing whistleblowers
I am a retired engineer, I worked for decades in Europe and the United States, quality control is part of the European work culture.
In the United States, although I used several quality programs, Six Sigma, Excellence through Quality and others, none of them came close to its European counterpart.
For years I felt the arrogance of those who were in the "not invented here", now retired, I look at all this misery of Boeing and remember with pride my beginnings on Airbus A320 then later on A330 and 340.
The wheel turns, always!
If its a Boeing, I Aint Going!
So basically we are waiting for a Boeing 787 to fall out of the sky before something is done.
So, the federal government has been aware of the serious problems at Boeing, and the threats of violence against those who speak out about the flaws in assembly of these large aircraft, and do nothing? Already two Boeing whistleblowers are dead. It seems there must be folks in government on the Boeing payroll to overlook these problems.
A lot of people watch these videos telling how unsafe Boeing planes are, but they still fly on them. This is insane. When I go to book my flights the first thing I ask is what type aircraft will they use. If it's a Boeing, I ain't going. Plane and simple, I don't trust any Boeing aircraft built in the last 10 years or so.
This video is probably one of the most worrying I have seen about Boeing. One issue here is about one way assembly of aircraft structures which is much faster than conventional drop back and deburr. It's bad enough if they are taking chances on the fuselages. But It is down right bloody scary if they go down the path of one way assembly on the wings, without careful risk mitigation and process validation. This is fucking bad!
Aluminum is one thing. The increasing use of composites is another. Personally I find composites scary especially carbon fiber as it is very difficult to see damage and it seems to fail without warning whereas aluminum can still fail obviously but it will almost always show visible signs of fatigue or stress before failure. I guess the point is that with composite construction, proper procedure and techniques cannot be breached to achieve a solid build.
Cheers
can you explain one way assembly? curious
It seems that no one in the 21st century likes hearing the truth and opts to living a lie as that’s not only easier on them but cheaper too. Truthful heroes go unnoticed and Treacherous villains go unpunished.
No airlline should buy any Boeing aircraft, if these practices are stiill happening.
Great documentary ❤❤
We can thank Trump for removing Departmental control on aircraft construction on day one of his presidential appointment. He handed over to aircraft manufacturers all control over engineering and construction development thus bypassing government control over these issues.
Hopefully after all this tap dancing the government displaying you should retire so you will have peace of mind. You will have so many enemies and watch your back.. Don t get comfortable
