lots of surprise in that creek almost every time but it is a very popular place and I'm seeing more and more people there this year. I think its from FB forms. I never share the location for that place in my videos.
@@Kengod1 Cherry point, that’s awesome. I’m in New Bern. I go through Havelock all the time as a fish in Morehead city a lot!!! Maybe you can join the fishing sometime. Upstate New York had awesome Fishing but this is really one of the best places in the country for a number of different kinds of fishing.
I also fish the Neuse river right there around Cherry point in the fall quite a bit, for the big giant old drum. There’s a Lotta alligators in those small creeks around the base!!!!!
Do you like your Lowrance fish finder? What made you go with it over a garmin? I was looking around and debating between the two but I mainly fish rivers and creeks here in NC
Thank you for asking my friend. I honestly did not choose this one. It came with my kayak. I bought my Hobie used and it had the Larance installed. Was a great benefit for a while. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of problems with the connectors. The connectors aren’t fitting very well from corrosion and what not, so it’s been hit or miss. I fixed it, and it worked for about a month and now it’s been acting up again.
That’s one of the biggest problems where I fishes it saltwater and brackish water. So things get messed up real easy even when you clean it good you can always clean it better. When I get enough money, I really want to get a live scope. As you do research if you find out anything interesting about a new fishfinder, I would be very interested. Before I get a live scope, all likely get something different first. My Loran is nice it’s the fish 5. Not a bad fishfinder, but if you’re willing to spend a little more money, there’s definitely better things out there.
This is the full length version of the second RUclips video I ever made. I have gotten so much better at shooting video's and editing but there is def some magic with this video. Actually well filming and editing this video I was going through a major life trauma. After serving as a pioneer christen missionary in a large closed country in Asia for over 8 years and being married for 11 years with 4 kids I was fighting not to lose everything I had. Everything was tied to a divorce and accusations from my Ex wife. It really was excruciatingly difficult but my faith in Christ got me through it and I remained faithful to Jesus. Losing my marriage was so difficult but now looking back I see it was the best thing for not just me but for my kids as well. He has since blessed me with the most incredible fiancée and best friend I could have ever hoped for, our future and that of our kids looks better and better all the time. Never lose faith in God when things are most difficult. God likely wont give you what you think you need but If you are faithful and you find your treasure in Him, He really will give you above and beyond what you could have even asked or imagined.
You've always had the magic touch haha.
Broad creek is a great early spring and late fall creek!
