"Sold" is in the main verb Past participle form. "Is" is the supporting verb. The supporting verb shows the tense. So this sentence is in present tense. 1. "Vehicle is sold in china" is in Passive voice. "Is" indicates the tense. Present tense. 2. The Active voice for this sentence is "This company sells the vehicle in China". "sells" indicates the tense. Present tense,

"I came late" is correct because 1st got over and the second period has already begun. If the 1st period is still going on you can say, "I am sorry I have come late" That is a recent past but within the 1st period.
Thank you very much Jalal Sir for the very great lesson and your time. You are helping many English learners. Could you please explain to me the difference between 1.We have lived in Colombo for 3 years and 2. We have been living in Colombo for 3 years. Which is commonly used?
We have lived in Colombo for three years. You are talking about the completed years of living. You still live there. We have been living in Colombo needs some more explanation. Like this. We have been living in Colombo for three years but we are yet to buy a house. We have been living in Colombo for three years but still we do not feel like we belong there.
It's an eye-opening session, sir. My suggestion would be to please add the lesson number to the title of the video. It helps us track the lesson based on the video. And also, it will give you some insight into yourself as to which lesson number got the most views and comments. Based on that, you can make a track on that content for your future videos. Thanks, Sir.
Thank you for your constructive suggestion. Actually the lesson number appears in the Thumbnail as well as in the Description Box below the tittle of the video.

@@MJalalEnglishforTamils Thanks for your reply sir, but gerunds can be used as a subject, only by using action verbs I thought. Could we use state verbs as gerunds??? I don't know pls clarify me.
