Hi Logan, thank you for putting in a good word/review for Mnt St. Powder Coating. It is very much appreciated. Looks to be a top notch build and very informative video. Cant wait to see it completed!
Impressed with the details and time you put into the 110 👍🏼. I’m a Dad with kids riders here. We have a KLX 110, 17CRF 110 and a 2019 CRF 125. I’m 6’0” and have rode all bikes. Love the 110 but to me a fun pit bike, the perfect size for teen/adult would be the Honda 125 ( not to small not to big and only a few lbs heavier ).? I know it has a clutch but can handle more weight, much more comfortable and has the bigger motor. ? Edit: I have a KTM 250 for myself but enjoy playing around with the smaller bikes.
Lancair W I have a XR100 from when I was a kid that’s on my to build list. It’s basically what the CRF125 replaced and I agree on the most fun. They are def a little more comfortable - but once you build the 110’s up a little that little compact ripper is hard to not put a smile on your face lol. Make sure you check back soon, I have a KLX110 I’m building, 3 50’s, the XR100 and then an 03 CR250 and an 02 CR125. Lots of winter projects coming up!
11:25 when you say “hey Siri” activated Siri on MY phone! Thought I was trippin and rewinds and it did it again! 😂 Anyway, super helpful video! Thanks for all the info!
My 10 year old has this bike and loves it, lol. I really wish it had a clutch though. Thats the one thing i dont care for, wish they made it an option. Cant wait to move him up to a 125 and get him working a clutch, he just has to get taller.
Nice job with the video and the bike, did you have an issue with your throttle tube staying stuck open after installing those bars and longer throttle tube?
AldenG I would like to swap mine too but the there are a few issues with doing it. The main issue will be finding a set of triple clamps that mount up without a custom steering stem. The issue after that is that you’ll most likely need an extended swingarm. BBR is the only company that makes them that I know of and they are backordered for months to get one.
Noticed your part number for rear BBR spring was for 18’ and older. Did it fit your 20’ just fine? Thanks just curious because the 1205’s are all out of stock
Walleye Willy no they are different sizes! Thanks for catching that I must I’m have grabbed the wrong link, not surprising I have a ton of stuff on that list lol
I don’t think your part number for the extended brake cable is correct. I’ve ordered 2 (45450-GN1-A21) and both are identical length as stock and too short for extended bars and bbr triple clamp. Can you double check what you used. All crf125 are showing hydraulic front brakes from what I can see....?
That’s the part # for a front brake cable off of a CRF80, it’s what I used and it was definitely longer than stock - I don’t have aftermarket triple clamps though, just stock ones that are powdercoated. You’re adding another inch or more with those. Try the cable off of a CRF100 (45450-KN4-A11) or the CRF110 +5 cables are in stock lots of places. @@loganmarksmedia Hi, just checking, would these spacer on the link fit the on a 2020 CRF 110? It says crf 50 or klx 110 on the website, thanks for clearing that up and love your videos!!
Drew Drew my powdercoat guy actually took them out for me with a press! I took the same style ones out of my 50 though - use a vise and two sockets. One that’s the size of the bushing and then one on the other end that’s large enough for the bearing to push into. They’re a pain to get out but without a hydraulic press the vise method is by far the easiest!
hey im just saying no hate but you should keep it always stock but its nicer when you have aftermarket stuff but aftermarket stuff makes the bike ware out faster
It was kinda hard to understand you maybe English isn't your first language lol. However no you shouldn't keep it stock it's boring and doesn't show your unique style and flavor. Plus most the mods are to make it ride better and more comfortable for him. Nothing is going to wear it out faster then normal unless he starts modding the motor significantly and even then so long as it's done right and maintained well he shouldn't have any issues. Maintenance is key to anything running for a long time. Only thing stock is good for is a warranty I don't think he's worried about that he ready for fun.
did doing the crf125 throttle tube/cable/housing make it a 1/4 twist throttle? i am trying to make mine a 1/4 twist but there is not much info i have found on how to do so.
It's just the stock crf125 tube and cable. It doesn't feel quite as quick as a 1/4 CR throttle - but it also doesn't feel as bad as a 1/2 turn. I don't mind it at all and my big bikes have 1/4 turns so that's what I'm used too.
Not a fan of how they look. I mainly did it because I was holding out to see what other options come out. I would say as of now the Bill’s pipe is probably the best looking one for the 19+, but I’ve been running that piranha for months now and have had no issues.
This has to be one of the most helpful AND entertaining video on building a 110 thank you so much. Definitely am subscribed
Soja_427 much appreciated! I try to sneak in some Easter eggs when I can lol

The Honda 110s so dope 👌
This might be one of the only bikes I’ve ever actually really liked the stock graphics too.
Logan Marks right the whole bike looks really good in General

Where did you find the swing arm bushings
Hold up piranha exhaust works on the 2019+??
Did you clean the carb? 😁
new jets and fresh blinker fluid
Can this bike pop a wheelie in 1st gear if you just sat down and full throttle
God bless ya Logan homey
Hey did you have any wiggle on the “red”shock extender?
Was it flat packed
Nice job with the video and the bike, did you have an issue with your throttle tube staying stuck open after installing those bars and longer throttle tube?
no. that's what the extended cables are for
would you recommend putting inverted race forks on my 110 I’m thinking about it instead of bbs

@@loganmarksmedia thanks I’ll try the bbr +5” cable. Great video btw!
Did you think you’ll need to add a spacer to the rear shock due to the front sitting higher?
Tanner Westrick yes. I have one ordered it just wasn’t here in time for the video.
Very fast response thank you. what size did you end up getting for the rear?

30mm

how in the world did u get the swing arm bearings out ?

Could I use just the throttle tube for the 125 and keep the same throttle cables to upgrade to full size grips?
Yes, as long as your stock cable is long enough. Because I added taller bars and the damping rods my stock cables were too short
Did you have stock clamp?
with the pipe and sliencer why dint you just geta yoshimura exhaust or fmf??

What year crf125 is that throttle from? And are you talking about the crf125 two smoker or the crf125f trail bike?
Nick Morris links are in the description for parts. Crf125 is the little trail bike the two stroke is a CR125
Gotcha. I checked it it was just part number link. But it didn’t show the year. Was jw if you knew.
Can u build my 1990 suzuki 250r 2 stroke
do you have a junk dirt bike like 110cc?
Hey Logan, are out interested in selling anyof the stock parts?
Yea, shoot me a message on IG or you can email - accounting@loganmarksmedia.com
If ur still looking for parts I got a couple things I’d sell
Kayson Osborn All I have now are a klx 110 and a yamaha 110. Do you have any parts that will fit either of them?
Hi Logan, Do you know if I can adapt an exhaust procircuit ti6 with the same modification?, thanks
I would assume all of the pipes made for the 2013-2018 would be the same and fit a 2020 with the same mods.
@@loganmarksmedia Thanks for the answer, last question can you tell me the measurements of the peace mod, thanks !!
What kind shifting lever and rear brake lever did you get?
Logan Fowler brake lever is powdercoated stock and the shifter is one from tbolt. Check the link in the description for the exact one!
where do you take every piece?
What tyres you running bro?
Since the bike was brand new I just put the stock ones back on for now. Whenever they wear out I'm going to switch to Dunlop MX52
