This makes me feel bad for the average soldiers that I send to the frontline that will most likely die, adding more the the casualties and I just go "It's only like 100K death that's not too bad"

I love Hearts of Iron, I really do. Sunk about 2,500 hours into it, playing and modding the game for hours on end. But I won't make the mistake of pre-ordering a Paradox DLC ever again.
@insertsomethingfuni2617 as the guy above me already said, the new content is always super bugged when it comes out. Paradox apparently doesn't test their own DLC before they release them. Also, I get that they need to put a price tag on new content, which I am absolutely fine with - the game has been out for years and you can't expect them to put out free DLC while actively having to maintain it. BUT, 20€ is a pretty big amount of money for 3 minor focus trees and a niche new mechanic (i.e. the international arms market).

I am interested in land doctrine changes, mainly for superior firepower which now gives buff to anti-air. Air superiority defense reduction is MASSIVE for land units, there is no reason to build anything else than fighters with CAS.

I saw that in that DLC Finland first conquered a huge area but then lost everything, including Finland itself and only Greenland, the Faroe Islands and a few ships remained. Not even troops There was some Mongolian cavalry stuck in the Faroe Islands, who just trotted around there And the Soviet Union had forced that "Finland" (which was just Greenland and the Faroe Islands) to be communist, but that Finland still kept fascist generals and ministers. And they invaded Iceland

The Germans have a very good focus tree even to this day, they don't need it. The commonwealth nations do, look at fucking south Africa. Utterly terrible tree. The same for the Hungarians, Romanians, Czechoslovaks, and Yugoslavia.
They have to buff Soviet Union because they will have new enemy with pretty large front (Finland). Please nerf CAS and fighters too, they are devastating to land units, tanks are useless nowadays.

I saw that in that DLC Finland first conquered a huge area but then lost everything, including Finland itself and only Greenland, the Faroe Islands and a few ships remained. Not even troops
There was some Mongolian cavalry stuck in the Faroe Islands, who just trotted around there
And the Soviet Union had forced that "Finland" (which was just Greenland and the Faroe Islands) to be communist, but that Finland still kept fascist generals and ministers. And they invaded Iceland

The Germans have a very good focus tree even to this day, they don't need it. The commonwealth nations do, look at fucking south Africa. Utterly terrible tree. The same for the Hungarians, Romanians, Czechoslovaks, and Yugoslavia.

They have to buff Soviet Union because they will have new enemy with pretty large front (Finland). Please nerf CAS and fighters too, they are devastating to land units, tanks are useless nowadays.
