- As far as gimmick loadouts go, these three cosmetics work brilliantly when used together. The Cute Suit covers up the lower face, the Brain Interface replicated the main body of the sentry, and The Sightliner is the face and gun of the sentry. Individually they're all less believable, but together they work a rather unique wonder. I like 'em.

Gimmick idea: get a whole bunch of spy's to disguise as the same guy and chase down the dude your disguised as. (Did this in a 2fort pub a while back, really fun)

Honestly the way players react to this gimmick is what gets me. Love how the friendly engie was trying to "upgrade" you, and the enemy spy actually "sapped" you, or that time half your team was just staring at you Good stuff.

hey Sam!, since noticed you are really good at roleplaying as a sentry i advise you to put this on the console commands:
bind "e" +right
bind "q" +left
it will basically make it so that every time you press these keys, the game will spin the engie for you, good luck on your sentry roleplaying!
Wait since E is for calling a medic and Q is switching weapons how do people reset the bind?

They should stack a heavy and a soldier on top of each other for a level 4 sentry.

All this needs is a soundboard of the sentry’s beeps to play into the voice chat every so often

Gimmick idea: Three Soldiers with the 3 banners spaming M1 with the Beggar's Bazooka, you have to use the banners at the same time
Saw some guy doing this yesterday named "sentry" and another named "wrench" and every kill they'd both bind their name. 2fort is truly a beautiful place.
This is still my favorite loadout to come out of the summer crates this year

How about doing a theme for cosmetic loadouts?
Like the head of the dead, bubble pipe and space suit for pyro to make a Y-17 Trauma Suit from Fallout New Vegas
Nostromo Napalmer, flare gun, and third degree/hot hand
You should equip the gunslinger so you have the health of a level 1 sentry and a robotic sentry arm
To upgrade this gimmick i perhaps have ideas…
Lvl1: you can use any pistol because you aint a mini sentry
Lvl 2: if an engineer hits you with any wrench you can switch to panic attack or widowmaker and still use pistol.
Lvl 3: if you have a soldier buddy near you then you become a lvl 3 sentry!
Mini: if somebody hits you with the wrangler then u are stuck with basic pistol
Moving: If an engineer has a box in his hands then you are OBLIGATED to follow him until he drops it.
Wrangled: if somebody is holding the wrangler near you than you have to shoot where they are pointing it.
PyBro: If a pybro is near you when a spy is sapping you or near you, then you can kill the spy.
Other than that im out of ideas
who needs a mini sentry when you can have the engie sentry

Tf2 is such a great community, no one ruins your gimmick, everyone plays along, great players, etc.
First of all, when being a sentry, when you get sapped, you have to have 5 seconds before pressing the killbind.
Second of all, Sentries explode in pieces when destroyed, so you'll have to have your killbind to explode.
