Trollstigen Norway: Above the Troll's Ladder

Trollstigen, known as the “Troll’s Ladder” or “Troll Path” is a legendary serpentine road in Norway with the most sensational views and a thrilling (or scary) driving experience. Many people think of Trollstigen because of the famous rust-red viewpoint that sits precipitously near the top, known in Norwegian as the Trosstigen Utsikpunkt. I visited with my motorhome in mid-summer, perhaps the busiest month of the year!
