can you explain my please why does a hv non electrolitic capacitor make a alternator stop working and why brushes brake on a starter motor? I try use plazma ignition with 12kw ceramic capacitors cupel of them in series from baterry positive to negative.And I experiance higher ignition spark,faster dc motor turning but my baterry luse aperantly lot curent but baterry voltage is around 14-15v it seams like the baterry is expeariancing back charge on low rpm my alternator light is still turned on untill I pres on gas pedal it goes away so I dont understand what is hapening? somthing similar to a dual baterry system I supose Im not shure if the alternator change polarity ore not? I use a e core type gm ignition coil with 4pin gm ignition module aperantly it works any where I huck up to ignition coil pin to ground the capacitors so the confusion is big I suspect my internal dashboard voltage regulator culd have somthing to do with it so Im not shure if a starter motor culd become a generator ore not if over spined. so any help ore toughts how I can solve this problem?
I didn't catch your problem Can you give me a proper problem in easy way I'm trying help you. You can cheak the polority of your capacitor which you have apply on your alternator. You try to apply in reverse direction compare to present.
@@EasyElectrical4You Well evry thing works fine exept the alternator. Due to plazma ignition my idel speed droped It seam's like my gasoline engine try to behave like a disel engine. I see good voltage even if my baterry is dead flat. Im not shure if my baterry try's to act as a capacitor? Its holding a potential. I have a small GM Delco Remy alternator 40amps it has a small wire field and a big wire lead to baterry. The charging light goes out when I acelerate the car. So strange those capacitors that I use for plazma ignition are ceramic capacitors they are directly atached to positive and ground wia a manual switch. So Im not shure how to convert my alternator to low speed charging that is what I suspect is hapening. Aperantly because of those high voltage capacitors all my wire harnest in the car voltage increased as well. Normaly if you over charge ore under charge a baterry the get fried fast but in this case nothing hapens and no amp on the amp meter its going back and forth on the gage when I use aceleration pedal .
