आपका way of explanation अच्छा था । लेकिन यह बात क्लियर नहीं हुई कि जब MNA variable है तो carbon brush को set करने की exact position क्या होनी चाहिए ?
Now there is no need of shifting position of carbon brushes because interpoles and compensating winding can eliminate the effect of armature reaction effectively. So there is no need of shifting of brushes.
Comepensating winding is placed on field poles and wound in opposite direction to the field current. And interpoles are created to in opposite direction to the armature flux so that overall effect of armature reaction can be nullified.

Sir जिन मोटर्स में जिनमें इंटरपोल और compensating winding नहीं होती है , उनमें armature reacton कैसे menage होता है ?
Small size i.e. for small rating motors ,the effect of armature reaction is very very less under normal conditions as the armature current is very less so that we can simply neglect it. But for the Large Size i.e., large rating motors we cannot neglect the effect of this reaction, in that case compensating winding or interpoles must be there to minimize the effect of armature reaction. In some cases both compensating winding and interpoles and in some cases only compensating winding or only interpoles used. This all designing factors will depend on type, rating or size, cost and life of the Machine, effect of sparking.
So according to requirements all the provisions will be decided.
